Zoho Social helps marketers in small to large organizations to grow the social media presence of their brand with actionable insights focused on content and engagement.

Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

Within Zoho Social, numbers are included as a value add, around publishing and listening features. A dedicated reports tab provides social-network-specific statistics and detailed analytics enabling users to understand more about their audience and how people engage with their content.

We use Zoho Social to manage/schedule our social media and monitor any news/trends that are useful for comment. This product helps us address post scheduling and a spread out working group that need to be able to review each others work for approval and editing. This serves as a solid central location for those purposes.

  • it's post approval structure wasn't very intuitive and we abandoned it for simply approving drafts
  • tools for standardizing media for different platforms would be EXTREMELY helpful
It is less appropriate for small organizations - but definitely more effective for a large team or a remote workforce trying to manage several channels and diverse media campaigns. It's great for setting a content calendar as well if you are setting things in motion in advance for planning campaigns.

I used it to increase my social media footprint. As a legally blind elder millennial, it simplified the process quite handily. I found it easy to use, functionally simple and what I did not know how to do I quickly figured out. Overall it is a very handy and useful product.

  • Uploading multiple posts can be tricky and the tutorial does not exist on the site. I had to seek it out via Google.
Simply put, it was good to get my product out there. The algorithm behind most social media is predicated on output and engagement and Zoho Social helped simplify my social media output and helped me monitor engagement.

We just started using Zoho Social scheduler, it’s great! It works with all the social platforms we use: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. It is the best choice for any small business that needs a social scheduler, which we highly recommend.

  • Doesn’t allow for sharing posts between brands.
  • Can't do “save as” updates to posts without overriding the existing post.
Zoho Social is well suited for scheduling posts on multiple platforms. In our case, it would be useful to be able to publish the same post on 2 different brands.

I have been using Zoho Social for 2 months. It's an extremely useful tool for those looking to manage social media accounts. Very user-friendly - everything is in one place. This tool has cut down the [number] of hours I spend on social media significantly, as you can easily manage everything in one convenient space. The analytics tools are also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this tool to anyone looking to enhance their social media presence.
  • Streamlines tasks on social media (you can post, interact with followers and view analytics all in once space).
  • Allows you to easily interact with team members. It's extremely collaborative.
  • You can monitor other brands and competitors to pick up on new trends and implement them into your own strategy.
  • The only thing that I would change is having the ability to preview the Instagram Grid so that you can see what the grid will look like as a whole before posting.
It's extremely well suited for companies who use multiple social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.) as you can easily manage everything (including analytics) in one convenient space. If your company only uses one social media platform it may not be as necessary for you to use this tool.

Zoho Social is very well suited for someone looking for big brand visibility but not still in the growth or "small enterprises". Compared to Hubspot it was much easier to navigate and for newbies, this is often the first brand mentioned. We use Zoho Social to streamline all of our social media content output on a daily basis. It allows us to reduce errors such as timing problems and allows us to also bring all our channels into one seamless output of content for our brand which gives us a better image in the eyes of our followers.

I use Zoho Social for scheduling my posts across multiple social media channels. It's a great product to consolidate my efforts for social media, and keep track on progress and results. It's a great tool for agencies to use for their social media clients, and I am loving the product too.

Zoho Social has helped save time in managing our several Social Media pages. Having one platform where you can handle almost all internet-related tasks is very convenient. Anyone who wants to succeed in business today has to take their business online and Zoho Social is just that one tool you can't do without.

Great platform to schedule on multiple social media channels. Feedback is also accessed here so it eliminates having to juggle between a lot of apps which is less efficient. The fact that it allows multiple brands to be managed is an added plus. Responsibilities between teams can be divided and that makes collaboration much easier. However, what I have been having challenges with is the tracking of paid adverts on the platform. If that was integrated that would be great.

Zoho Social is very user-friendly. When it comes to reporting my weekly and monthly metrics majority of the information I need is already there. Making my day-to-day easier. Scheduled posting is easy as well. Definitely a worthy competitor for other social monitoring and managing sites out there. Really love this one.

I use Zoho Social mainly for scheduling, reports, and monitoring. Don't get me wrong I have what I need, but it would be better to have more.

It's being used by the entire company to schedule and publish information on our new products on all our social media platforms. It's been very useful in terms of improving employee productivity as most of the work is automated. It has allowed employees to focus on other duties that require more attention.

Zoho Social is our control panel, one-stop-shop, and do-it-all tool for managing a multi-prong social media strategy. We are a small but very busy team with limited time and resources for overseeing social media activities. Zoho makes it possible for us to maximize our return-on-investment in this area. Zoho Social offers an amazing all-in-one platform that enabled us to cut down on time spent drafting and sharing posts for our different social media platforms. Zoho Socia gave us a seamless experience when tailoring posts for each platform while also allowing us to schedule them and get analytical insight into these posts.
  • In-depth analytics dashboard that offers very detailed reports helping you understand how your posts and social accounts are performing on a more granular level.
  • YouTube as an added platform is a rare find, and Zoho Social is one of the few platforms we have used that offers this feature.
  • The internal collaboration feature is also another nice to have that enables streamlined communication based on posts to be shared.
  • The bulk schedule feature could use some work in terms of usability.
Zoho Social has an amazing sleuth of tools and features on both the mobile and web app that making it easy to manage your socials for either a single brand or multiple brands at the same time, it scheduling, drafting, approval and publishing processes are amazing mostly in a team setup where multiple stakeholders are necessary when making decisions. The ability to assign different users to different brands also comes in handy when wanting to set up different levels of permissions and access for your users.

We are testing out Zoho functions for our company and it has been informative and interesting. With this tool, we have been able to better deep-dive our social media analytics and more easily answer our messages across platforms. 10/10 Would love to see the function to post across your brands simultaneously, hope that is coming soon!

I think Zoho is great for an organization that isn't so invested in their social media. It does the bare minimum but is missing some features such as the ability to arrange and preview your Instagram grid and post a carousel of photos to Instagram. For an organization that wants a top-notch Instagram layout, I would not recommend Zoho Social.
