Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In my team, we use Miro for ideation workshops with internals or clients. It's a pretty easy-to-use tool, people just need basic info knowledge to use the main functionalities of the board. As product and UX designers we need to work hand in hand with users and clients, Miro permits it easily and instantly, a great ally during this pandemic.

- Tips on how to navigate should be more accessible.
- Configuration of navigation shortcuts should be more accessible.
- Highlight the visual tracking feature of a user on the board.
- Improved productivity on collaboration with users and clients, feeling safer behind their screen.
- Improved timing management on workshops.
- Improved resources management during workshops (Unlimited Post-it, etc.).
In an organization of 19K people we often work with people across the country or even the world, Miro permits us to create a link and share a real sense of partnership as we have with colleagues at the office and that is a huge plus!

Miro wins the palm because of its scalability and its easiness of use. It feels like a friendly and warm buddy with a ton of good resources and stuff to share with us, the experience is great.
