Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
At Synagro, the NetSuite allows us to manage customer contracts and related billing. In our company, the billing is done based on the number of truck loads of biosolids that we haul and dispose. To address this unique billing, we have created custom records and scripts to enter the truck load data, link it with the contract as well as billing information for each customer based on project, and then generate customer invoice using the templated csv imports. Along with this, we have linked the NetSuite to UltiPro, using the Celigo to import the payroll information for period closing purposing. Lastly, we are using NetSuite to enter the daily plant operational data to compare it against the budget in Domo for proactive planning and decision making purposes.

We might change over evaluation based on the AI and ML capabilities as well as dashboarding feature. Also, we will look for robust FP&A tool.

No, as our custom environment is better dealt by the NetSuite PS consultant ad-hoc hours.
I don't remember a particular instance but every single support ticket was addressed in an hour or two.
