Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is used company wide. It is mostly used for people to track their time to billable allocations and request time off but is also used to schedule and submit reviews. I most often use it to track time and find it very easy to do so using the mobile app.

I’m not in HR or don’t handle payroll.
I most often use the mobile app, which I think is very useful. However, I don't think it is as robust enough as the web application. I do appreciate that I have the option to use both but I wish the mobile app provided as much functionality. Overall, the experience is most often a good one.
I was not part of the selection process for either system, but I do find Paycor easier to use. Our company switched from using TriNet to Paycor about a year ago. When we were using TriNet, we did not use it to track time and instead used it for benefits and company announcements, so I can't make a direct comparison, but I am happy with Paycor.
I only have experience with a few modules that Paycor offers, but I do think what I've tried works very well for my use case. It is very easy to track my time daily. I most often track my time using the mobile app. The mobile app is great for simple things like tracking time or requesting time off but isn't always robust enough to do more complex tasks, which you can use the web application for.
