Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

UKG is our Payroll System, used on a daily basis to process Payroll for over 18000 active employees. In my role, I create and process Payroll Reports in BI and standard Reporting (both the Web and BackOffice). I like some of the standard reports because they are easy to use for daily audits but I have also created several reports in BI that are specific for my auditing purposes.
  • Time & Attendance.
  • Payroll
  • BI Reporting.
  • Payment Services.
  • GL Export.
  • I believe the investment and return is great.
The ease of maneuvering through the system is amazing to me. The Customer Service we have received this far has been outstanding. Our Account Manager is always right on point when we experience any issues or have questions.
Instead of having several different systems (Time Clocks, Payroll System, Tax Program), we are all in 1 system now, which makes it easy to create reports.
I currently use both Core and Backoffice and love the ease of running reports in the Backoffice or BI.
Not to happy with Tax Recon in Core because it doesn't give me the details that the Backoffice part of the system does.
I would suggest an upgrade for Core so that the functionality mirrors each other.
I would pick UKG above all of these systems.

I have used several different Payroll Systems but I love UKG. The capabilities of the different reports and cycles are something that is best.

Upgrading UKG Pro

Yes - As good as the current version is, I can just imagine how much better the upgraded version will be

UKG Pro Training

I take as many classes as time allows me. I want to ensure to stay abreast with all of the newest information available, so I can get the best out of UKG

As much as I like being in the comfort of my own office when taking the classes, I think I got more out of them when we used to have them in person (before Covid).
