Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
All Project Management in the Ops department. The Fleet department was recently onboarded and it has been a great success. Marketing and Design will soon be onboarded also along with additional Administrative staff to assist the Ops department.
As a company operating globally, Wrike solves many communication issues for us, we lose far less information and things are achieved in a much more efficient, accurate and most importantly, accountable way now. It provides us with a much clearer picture of what resources are needed and where, and helps us identify gaps and potential issues before they happen. It has significantly reduced both the volume of and need for long email "conversations", and other less transparent ways of communicating such as chat messaging and phone calling, getting us much closer to the ultimate goal; a single source of truth for all our projects, every time.

Wrike Feature Ratings
Using Wrike
200 - Project Management, Operations, Fleet, Field Technicians, Engineering Design, Admin and Finance, and soon, Marketing/Communications.
1 - I am the only person in the organisation capable to fully support our Wrike system. Good technical skills/intuition eg. understanding/being comfortable with IT systems or having an IT background, is a must or it will waste the company's time and money.
- A-Z Project Delivery
- Global Fleet Management
- Resource Forecasting
- Unsure
- Fully integrating the Marketing/Communications department
- Bringing all Admin staff into Wrike and have them do their work from within Wrike
- Using Wrike to collaborate with more of our External Suppliers
- Data/information/planning/schedule sharing with clients
Evaluating Wrike and Competitors
- Scalability
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
No, would not change anything except strongly encourage the company to invest in a Wrike CSM/Deployment Specialist building the whole system out for us from the very beginning instead of the hodge podge build-it-when-we-realise-we-need-it system we have been limping along with until I was recently assigned to build out the system properly and more fully, which is now a work in progress...
Wrike Training
- No Training
No I would not recommend learning without training - you lose so much of the benefits of wrike if you don't for example know some small thing that will increase your productivity tenfold. Especially true now their automations system is becoming much more robust
Wrike Support
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
Quick Resolution Good followup Knowledgeable team Problems get solved Kept well informed No escalation required Immediate help available Support understands my problem Support cares about my success Quick Initial Response | None |
I was not involved in the purchasing decisions for our company.
Yes - Yes, the team were straight on it and had it squashed within days if not sooner. Very impressive.
Every time - the staff on help chat always go above and beyond to assist with my queries and sort things out when i find a bug. Can't speak highly enough of them all.
Using Wrike
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
Like to use Relatively simple Easy to use Technical support not required Well integrated Consistent Quick to learn Convenient Feel confident using | Lots to learn |
- @mentions
- blueprints to make new standardised work very quickly
- Custom Item Types - sooo much better for managing Custom Fields than legacy tasks
- cross-department sharing
- managing what quickly becomes very long lists of custom fields, workflows and the like
- duplication of things like Custom Item Types, blueprints, forms etc into other spaces
Yes - It is overly simplified so not particularly useful except for collaborators to see work assigned to them
