It is currently being used by a single department within the company. It has helped with transitioning to a hybrid/remote work situation. Not only being able to understand productivity and engagement but also software usage has helped us better understand the workload on our teams. In time I do believe it will be adopted by the entire company.

It is used on our sales team, all of our employees work from home. It helps us with our timesheets and to check on employees to make sure they are not saving customer data.

We currently use ActiveTrak across the entire company. The powerful and intuitive tool basically designed to help in the analytics system and managing operations easily and provides reassurance employees are being productive.

In March of 2020, we were forced into moving our staff remote while simultaneously moving the majority of our client base remote. Actually functioning securely was never an issue, this infrastructure was in place for a long time prior. The issue was productivity combined with availability. Some positions lend themselves well to working 'any time' and for these people there was occasionally doubts as to whether they were doing the amount of work that was expected as there was often discrepancies with team members. Activetrak was able to keep everyone honest in this situation and as long as the metrics looked ok we were able to save a lot of time that previously had been wasted digging through logs verifying suspect information. For support workers who need to be available to take calls we noticed an imbalance of calls going to certain users and upon investigating found some people were just not at their station when they said they were - implementing activetrak provided us summary reports that saved a lot of digging through logs and corrected the problem.

ActivTrak has been rolled out by myself to all of our staff workstations/laptops. It helps us to monitor their active work hours or if there is any malpractice during work hours like browsing leisure websites/youtube etc. This tool becomes very handy to assess the work from home employees. The analytical tools give us a clear glance over our resources.

ActivTrak is used across the entire organization. We use it to track productivity in our teams. The system can also be used in situations where we have employees who are not being productive. If that happens, we can reference ActivTrak for visibility into productivity.

Activtrak is used across the entire company. It provides reassurance employees are being productive. It also provides a listing of websites visited so non-business related sites can be addressed with the employee.

We currently use ActivTrak within our Sales and Engineering departments.

The Sales team utilizes the insights and data from ActivTrak to drive better conversations between Sales leadership and employees. Managers use the data to see how employees are operating systems and tools and then guide employees on how they may alter their work to be more effective and thus drive greater team output. Also, to ensure employee well-being, prevention of burnout, and productivity trends.

The Engineering Department uses the device for a different reason. They use the tool to monitor contractor and vendor resources to ensure company tools, resources, and data are used according to policies.

ActivTrak is used at Alpha to track time students spend on their learning applications.

We have been using this tool in our business for quite some time now and that is also in quite many different ways. It is working as a Workforce Analytics Software and we find it to be the best software we have ever used. This tool has solved problems of tracking all the production happening between employees. This tool helps us in gauging if an employee is productive or is a good fit for our organization or not. Hence, to sum up we are truly liking this tool so far.

We use ActivTrak to observe how our teens are using our devices. It is used by every computer in our department to ensure appropriate usage.

Sadly, there is one that is well below the productivity hours while remote than everyone else. One user thinks that if they are remote they can just tap the screen every once in a while, but ActivTrak will show what screens they access.

I’m an external auditor so my work is in the client’s office always. Because of the coronavirus pandemic, I had to change my work plans and I worked in my house and my employees did too. ActivTrak was useful to supervise assignments and productivity of my employees and I was able to fulfill my audit contracts with my clients. ActivTrak has been like my partner during this time.

ActivTrak is used across the entire organization to address remote work (and general) productivity. We have created departmental groups with different permissions/classifications based on the departments' workflows. ActivTrak offers easy-to-understand reports coupled with screenshots to provide real-time insights into what our employees are doing during business hours.

With many of our employees working from home, it’s a way of being able to make sure the offsite employees are staying busy and on track. It’s also a great tool for all employees, as we use it to check productivity per team. Employees have access to see their coworker's productivity within their team. I personally use it as a tool to motivate teammates.

We use ActivTrak to measure employee productivity for our clients. Our clients have used it to successfully prove that their employees were more productive when working from home, especially during the pandemic. This has allowed our clients in some cases to decide to permanently allow work from home, saving money on rental costs and office costs.

ActivTrak is being used by our organization to monitor our employee’s productivity and usage patterns. ActivTrak helps us address the issue of employees working too much or too little and running the risk of burnout. We are also able to use ActivTrak to pick the best times for departmental and companywide meetings.
