There is a good evaluation from our side towards the support experience we have obtained from Adobe Campaign, which presents a highly skilled support team in most of the marketing development functions within the platform, or at least enough to provide extensive solutions.

I wished they have standard technical support based in Sydney, Australia and they made it easy for us to access that support.

A lot of the complex technical support questions have to be coursed through Adobe consultants, who charge a premium. And sometimes the answers to some technical questions are not very straightforward. In the end, we contracted a local Adobe Campaign technical partner.

The customer service is quite fast. [Since] we have been using Adobe Campaign, we have only had a couple of errors when we tried to set it up for the first time and in no more than 24 hours, they were able to solve it remotely and efficiently.

The support team is great. Anytime we have had a question, they were very responsive and were able to resolve our issues, general or technical, pretty quickly. We have had nothing but a great experience with the Adobe Customer Service Team and it is probably one of the things that set this software apart.

The customer support is wonderful and is very helpful. They can answer any questions for you and the response time is relatively fast. That is definitely one of the reasons that we chose this software over competitors.

The support leaves customers with a lot of expectations, this makes the Organization's work very difficult.

Overall support of Adobe Campaign is subpar. I enter tickets that if are not P1 just sit there for weeks. I usually have to raise any issues to my account success rep before they look good.

Priority 1 issues do get looked at immediately.

I would say that generally the knowledge of the support team we work with is good, great even.
I can't say that they seem to be very interested or involved in trying to make the product work best for us.
They do what needs to be done, and they do it well - but not really going the extra mile.
