I check features like the InsightStream every Monday to monitor any major losses or gains in performance. These are easily digested and save me tons of time searching for these insights manually. If there's anything "worth calling home about" I can easily add insights into a workspace and create a report to communicate these results. The useability is good but can be cumbersome at times. The updates to the InsightStream has made it more useful. The two areas we utilize most are the recommendations engine and the DeepCrawl technical analysis. The content and keyword performance tools are great for understanding what works best and where we can improve.

As someone who is new to SEO, I believe Conductor's overall usability is great. As with any other platform, it does take some time to familiarize yourself; however, I really like the ability to create custom workspaces that are easy to navigate to and provide specific information that I want to look at on a regular basis.

I find Conductor very easy to use. And if ever something is confusing, then your team is there to help explain it to you. There's no reason to ever feel overwhelmed or lost. Also, you constantly get reminders of webinars and other help that can guide you. Also, Conductor wants feedback - so if something isn't as user-friendly as it should be, then they are probably already gathering your feedback and working on a solution. I have no doubt of that!

Conductor isn't the easiest to understand or use at first. There's a lot of information to learn about how to use the product and all of the ins and outs. However, once you've been in it for a while it's pretty intuitive. I might be the outlier here, but that's my experience.

Conductor is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use. Coming from someone who doesn't have much time in my day to be learning new systems, Conductor is very usable. The InsightStream helps me get a quick look at how we're doing and any major events that have an effect on our web performance. I usually log in first thing every morning just to do a temperature check to see how we're doing. As far as workspaces, this is the main function I use and I love them! They update within the workspace so each week and I get automated reports.

Usability has been the best we have experienced. We have used other platforms but the navigation on Conductor has been simple for normal users and advanced users. Reporting has been made easier and sharing data with others outside of the platform is easier to do because they don't need to be logged in to access that information.

One is the drill-down report capability. For example, when I run a page explore report it will list all keywords that the page is ranking for. If I want to see what other pages are also ranking for the keyword I just need to click on the arrow button to list them all. From the content performance report, Conductor will automatically add the website change to the annotation on the dated trending line. If you click on the icon it will list out what had been changed during that date. If you want to drill down to see which part of which page has been updated you just click on the number. Conductor understands what the users are expecting to see from the data, and plan for the next step ahead. We do not need to jump to different report to see the data. Everything that you need is just one click away.
