Yes - we do all of our reporting on our assets from Quick Base. We use Quick Base to collaborate across teams and departments in help drive business processes. Quick Base has supported our specific business challenges with minor limitations. We have no problems building and deploying applications.

Data organization is what I love about Quick Base. You can input, search, and organize in a very efficient manner.

All of the desired outcomes have been achieved. We've implemented new apps within a couple weeks, including build, training & roll-out. Since everything is a data-field it is easy to create workflow AND reporting. Creating Dashboard by role and also being able to shared via link make it especially easy to create visual report and share. For example executives login to the app and are presented with a dashboard with all information important to them... including links to report dashboards etc. The one thing QB is missing is a chat feature on records, however this can be done with append fields. QuickBase has solved many business challenges for us, from streamlining complex project management to event management, event registration and lead management.

We have achieved our goals in a couple of business units, and are on our way to solving issues in others. We wanted to get out of excel and provide users information on our portfolio and we have done it. We continue to improve the apps and really think Quick Base will continue to exceed our expectations.

Through a third party developer we were able to achieve accurate data management between our system and our clients, as well as timesheet management and a finance application.

Mostly we have but need to be more disciplined in our build processes. Collaboration among other teams is taking longer than anticipated since those departments are used to IT department dependence to achieve anything. This makes them harder to liberate.

We are about to completely launch ALL applications and systems and so far, so good. We've already seen a morale boost as we're no longer using archaic systems. We're seeing processes automated which prevents errors and bad data. We no longer go to multiple systems, what we need to find is right at our finger tips without leaving Quick Base.

We have gone from the idea stage to the deployment stage of a fairly sophisticated app with just two people working on it for part of an afternoon. This is amazing. I mean, can you get your IT department to get something done - and deployed - this quickly?

The business insights are truly fantastic. Slice and dice the data however you want, and you can see trends and concentrations you didn't know even existed.

Since we are all on one platform, looking at one database, the "I didn't know" excuse is no longer valid. That took a while to sink in; old habits die hard and when you aren't used to having the information available, you don't even think to look for it.

Yes. Our whole company lives in QuickBase all day every day. We have a totally custom application that we created in-house, and it works the way we work. Development costs were much less than they would have been on any other platform. I researched over 220 other cloud-based platform choices before I settled on QuickBase.

We were looking for a tool to replace an ailing Excel project tracking tool the is really acting like a database. So far, Quick Base is meeting the needs of a tool that is a cross between a database and a spreadsheet. It has allowed us to provide fast insight to our clients in the state of projects, unlike the tool, Salesforce, they currently use. That clarity alone is worth it.

Quick Base enables me to efficiently move data from time tracking to professional invoices for clients.

One of our biggest challenges was communication between departments who must collaborate. By giving them QB access, we are able to avoid communication breakdowns.

We are able to quickly build an application and because all fields are reportable we can slice the data in many ways to gain insights about how our business may be changing.

We have managed to do everything we hoped and more. Quick Base has continued to expand their offerings.

We constantly find new ways to use the program but certainly, we have achieved the initial goals.

Yes. We have been able to achieve our goals as well as to convert many processes from Excel sheets to a streamlined process that allows the entire team to work and collaborate at the same time.

We now have an application that allows every team member to view his/her work and see the larger picture of our efforts.

We have achieved improved collaboration- we have one app used by several divisions and probably a dozen departments in our company, and others that we are rolling out to be used by multiple teams. We also have achieved the ability to develop and deliver solutions faster and especially the ability to tweak those apps and make enhancements in a very agile fashion.

We were able to achieve building apps faster, pull reports to justify head-count, and address our needs without consulting IT. It's nice not having to submit a request to IT to add a field that should've been done by me the moment the ticket was submitted.

We view our current setup as a solid foundation that we are in the process of leveraging to reach these outcomes
