- Scribe has made it possible to use Dynamics GP with CRM for sales orders.
- Scribe has allowed alternate methods of populating data in Dynamics CRM.

- If the implementation of BW is well designed, it will allow one to obtain a tangible ROI. If the implementation is not well done, it is possible to delay in obtaining the ROI, but that is no fault of the BW platform.

Scribe - Easy to Use, Functional and Fantastic
- Scribe has allowed us to focus on other duties instead of copying data between systems, which allows us to use our employees more efficiently.
- The simplicity of using Scribe allows us to be more responsive when changes are required, saving us time and money.
- The documentation allows us to get what we need to know quickly, which saves us time.
- We didn't need to invest resources in setting up something similar in a more complicated ETL tool.
- We don't need to worry about keeping this environment up to date, very little maintenance from our end.

TIBCO Scribe Is a Powerful, Drag-and-Drop Tool for Data Integration and Transformation
- Invaluable data connection. We wouldn't have been able to transition from on-prem to the cloud without it.
- Getting to the cloud has saved us money from a hardware perspective, and I think has also helped us attract new employees more interested in leading edge technologies.
- Getting to the cloud has also allowed quicker tool development for line-of-business apps making us much more agile and nimble and more quickly delivering value to our internal and external customers.

Scribe Online: Use it
- Using Scribe for integrations, especially with NAV has helped us win business against competitors as we can build quickly and have full control over integration logic compared to the nav adapter, for example.

- Initial investment is quite high. You need to have solid SOA governance in place to earn it back.
- Allthough the platform is "open", you need to take into account that considerable effort goes into automation (CI/CD). You need to have solid DevOps practises in place.

- More clients are able to consider an iPaaS solution when it is priced reasonably (compared to Mulesoft, etc.).

- We were able to develop many interfaces with TIBCO BusinessWorks in short time.
- TIBCO's support is good and turnaround time for any tickets is reasonably well.
- We have to use a different tool for batch jobs because of the limitations of the tool.

Wish I had found Scribe years ago !
- It's enabled us to offer a wider range of integration skills to our clients. We're doing more integration work now than ever as it's so easy to do with Scribe.
- As it's SAAS, it's easy to monitor and easy to bill, we love that our clients are happy, we do the job quickly and we make ongoing commission on the solution.

A lot of potential, but it's got a long way to go
- The data migration has been extremely slow. Things that should have taken a short amount of time have gone way past where any of us though.
- Job monitoring has been more resource intensive and time consuming that planned for.
- Researching and searching for things is time consuming.
- There is no way to easily organize solutions. So there are hundreds of solutions in the list with no easy way to put them in folders or something like that. The only thing you can do is name them specifically so that you can filter them. But filtering is not very good in Scribe.
- The concept of Scribe is good. I like the graphical flow builds in the maps. It just doesn't work very well yet. maybe as they improve it.
