What is Uberflip?

Uberflip is a content marketing platform from the Toronto company of the same name. Central to Uberflip is its content hub for aggregating, centralizing, organizing, and finally curating content for delivery to targeted audiences in streams, culminating in the call-to-action (CTA). Uberflip also contains analytics that show how effective these CTAs are (and in what context they are effective or not) so poor content can be confidently dropped in favor of what works. For $200 monthly the user gets Essential edition, containing the hub, three custom content streams, the Flipbooks feature for twenty PDF files (basically to organize the files and publish them in a more interesting, interactive format), three calls-to-action, and access for one team member. For $600 and $1800 (or $500 and $1500 if billed annually), the Expert and Elite plans, respectively, increase the volume of all of these, permit gated content, automation and advanced behaviors, more advanced analytics, support, and advanced customization for larger content marketing teams.

This is a tough one to answer. Most of our Sales team has been slow to adopt, but that may be more of an "us" thing. We did have issues with the front-end interface in the beginning and perhaps that's why we lost momentum there. By the time we had everything looking right, enough time had passed where they may have moved on. When they do use it, they seem to have no issues navigating the software.

Our Sales team uses Uberflip to create personalized streams of content for prospects and partners. They use the Outlook plugin to share streams and single pieces of content with a graphically appealing tile for the content. This is much more intriguing for the recipient than just a hyperlink. The ability to do it all within Outlook is critical because they don't have to log in to another platform.

I've seen Uberflip be a great resource for Sales Enablement by ensuring SDRs and Sales Reps have access to the latest and greatest content to share with their customers and in being able to pull together the content their account will care about to share.

Yes, they have certainly benefitted from being able to curate content for a prospect and customize the look and feel with their logo. We have also been able to include CTAs with a reps calendar directly on them for easy follow up. Overall a solid sales enablement tool that could create opportunities and pipeline.

Our sales team loves the sales streams and uses these to follow up with prospects after meeting them at events. We are expanding our sales enablement as we speak in order to give sales more control and autonomy in this area. This has been a much requested item from our sales team, as they can see the value that the streams create for them.

One of the things that are helpful is the ability to personalize presentations and customize content for the conversation. This is a total upgrade from having a media kit update once a year. It also increases professionalism and our ability to have meaningful conversations with high-level prospects throughout the year, not just during a specific sales cycle.

No, our AEs and BDRs do not currently use Uberflip. They do have a package for this, but it would require getting our sales enabled on using the platform itself, rather than just analytics on content consumed on the account/contact level. We have generated some 1:1 pages for sales reps.
