Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

My Team and I currently use ClickUp with different purposes depending on the week. In detail the main activities we use it are
  • to manage day-to-day activities
  • long term projects,
  • support tickets
  • Backlog management
  • Share ideas and possible projects
  • Dashboard creation of team capacity
It addresses the main issue of centralized project management.

  • Templates used for tasks and recurring projects
  • Possibility to have multiple teams, spaces and folders
  • Internal dashboards for team capacity and planning
  • Creation of goals by folder
  • dashboard color and structure customization
  • Possibility to integrate ClickUp view into microsoft teams
  • ClickUp improved our collaboration by reducing document exchange
  • It improved visibility of delayed projects
  • Increase our capacity of portfolio management
Before ClickUp we use multiple project management softwares depending from department to department. Now we have a single tool that manages it all. We frequently use it cross team for managing projects with multiple stakeholders. Now instead of having multiple gantts and tools we have all consolidate in a single place.
Our team have automatized standard tasks with templates. An interesting feature is the creation of templates that can be used by multiple users that can decide what to use from the template. If everything or just a subset of the attributes we have inserted.
Before deciding to use ClickUpwe have used and evaluated multiple softwares. In the end we have chosen ClickUp because it had the most user friendly interface and had the most features that we were looking, with a low cost and easy kick-off.

I would recommend ClickUp for anyone that needs to manage projects and even to-do lists. I think it is a versatile tool with free and paid versions that can be used by literally anyone. I would highly recommend for small startups, but also for big companies that need an innovative and high quality tool.

Evaluating ClickUp and Competitors

Yes - It replaced the use of Asana software and manual list of priorities. We replaced them because they had limited capabilities and high costs.
