Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
The Marketing and Sales department use HubSpot on a daily basis for social media, email communications to prospects and clients, reporting on the success of initiatives, and organization of all contacts: leads, customers, evangelists, and employees.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE! They reply almost instantaneously and help with every problem you can imagine. They will dig into your platform and see how to directly help you.
- Scheduling social media and emails. I can schedule in advance and not worry about being out of the office or handling an immediate need. Emails and social posts will still go out on time.
- Forms! I can collect information from leads, help requests, demo requests, and content downloads. All of this information is stored in HubSpot and synced with Salesforce for reporting and communication purposes.
- list! I can create lists of contacts based on extremely specific requirements.
- I am still struggling with workflows for lead nurturing. There is a lot of manual work to get this started and constant review is needed. I would love more automation or at least direction in setting this up and optimizing the process.

I would pay attention to scalability. Hubspot is and has always been the perfect fit for our size (1 person team to a now 10 person team). From reviews, I believe it will continue to be the best for us as we grow.
