Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex is used in our organization as a platform to communicate with externals. Webex provides a good platform for chats, groups, and meetings, and using it is very convenient and easy. For communicating and discussing with externals, we use Webex. It contains many features and the quality of meetings is also good.
  • You can communicate with people's from other organizations ( externals ) with ease.
  • Video quality is superb.
  • Audio quality is also great.
  • Webex view and is easy to use.
  • WebEx allowed participants to share their screens or specific applications.
  • WebEx integrated seamlessly with popular productivity tools like MS Office, Google workspace, etc.
  • The groups that are created, its view could become more clear.
  • When chatting, I think it would be better if it show us some automatic replies that we can set.

WebEx is used frequently for official meetings, Webinars, meetings with externals etc. The Webex app caters to a diverse range of users within organization. It is used by executives, managers, employees, remote workers, sales teams, customer support teams, IT departments, and various other personnel across different functions. Webex is used more often for professional meets between high posts managers and executives because of the security it provides.

Integration was done quiet neatly with ease. There were some times when I faced issues while integrating, but re-doing it makes it work. The integration is quiet nice and good. Its also quite moderate to work with the integrations inside the Webex. All depends on how much you are actually familiar with the integrated systems and how you use them.
Every app is good in its field. In professional works, webex is good, cost effective, secure, etc. Although I use others as well depending on the situation.

I was not a part of implementation but I manage the Webex accounts, Webex rooms for the Users in my organization and my customer to provide them support.
I was not part of the implementation.
The first thing was that after implementing it, the issues that normally came across were Users asking how to schedule meetings series, how to add to Outlook calendar, etc. But after a while, it went smooth and now few issues come from Users regarding Webex.
They at first have had issues with creating meeting series, organizing event or webinars. But after a while, it all progresses smoothly.
As compared to others, Cisco is quite well. But for new Users who are new to collaboration tools, they might need a little knowledge before getting started with WebEx.

Using Webex App

10000 - Most of them are our customers and us who use this. We have many more peoples but webex access has reduced to some priority peoples only now. Because of its cost, and benefits we are getting, we have limit the Users to only some important personnels.
10000 - We need skilled peoples who have experience of working with Webex and have knowledge of its functions including the integrations it provide. Also they have the knowledge of administrating Webex.

Apart from its cost, overall WebEx is very good and provide many features. It is quite efficient and secure to work with. Only thing is that for new users, they need to learn basics of collaboration to use this. Once you're used to it, its one of the best.
