AWeber offers a free plan up to 500 subscribers and 3,000 email sends per month. Pricing for the Plus Plan is determined based on the total number of subscribers in your account. Pricing starts as low as $29.99/month (or $20/month if billed annually).
All plans with 1 user and 500 contacts. The price is $30.00 for each additional user.
At the time we used it , AWeber offered features that MailChimp (free version) wasn't offering. We used AWeber instead of Infusionsoft because of the price. We have since switched from AWeber to ActiveCampaign for our email marketing. We liked how ActiveCampaign worked. It was …
My clients typically have selected AWeber by the time they contact me. I've found it to be on par with the first three above in terms of capabilities and I think it's more intuitive to use than all of the above, particularly Infusionsoft.
MailChimp is cheaper for small lists and for dormant lists you can pay per email sent to lower your costs, but it's auto-responders are harder to set up and understand.
InfusionSoft is the big daddy of the field and has extensive and powerful automation features, but you pay for …
AWeber is more of an email newsletter system, so all of the true CRM functions in infusionsoft far exceed what it offers. ONTRAPORT is very similar in many way to infusionsoft and I think I like Infusionsoft better in part because I am more familiar with it and find it easier …
AWeber was too simple, and Salesforce was overkill and too expensive. To be fair, Salesforce is more oriented toward salespeople (which makes sense from the name). AWeber didn't have as robust of an API as Keap.
Keap, compared to Mailchimp, AWeber, and SendFox, is a complete solution. The latter 3 are primarily for email and don't have the same flexibility by themselves for a campaign or email automation. Keap, compared to Typeform, is similar, but Typeform does form building better. …
Keap is fast. The learning curve is shorter and they have an academy for learning with videos quite extensive that explain a lot of different scenarios, specially when you need to customize scenarios of automations and segments. Is cheaper if you consider that this services CRM …

The only one that even comes close would be ONTRAPORT, as none of the others do everything in terms of CRM, e-commerce, affiliate, autoresponder, etc. I chose Infusionsoft since I already knew and trusted them through use with another business.
Keap functionality and ease of use are better for me - being able to tie everything into one package and not have the laborious task of repeat data entry, maintaining several places where information needs to be stored and updated increase my business accuracy of the …
I actually prefer to use some of these other platforms over Keap/Infusionsoft, however for this particular client we had implemented Keap more than 5 years ago when it was the only platform available to choose from. The problem now is that there are over 200,000 people on the …
Infusionsoft has more capabilities than any of the other software systems I have used. It also integrates with third-party software to increase its capabilities.

Again, I think Infusionsoft is better in what we can do and how we can present our company. Yes, it's more expensive than 1Shoppingcart and AWeber, but it's well worth the investment to have our marketing run so smoothly.
AWeber is an excellent email marketing solution for small to mid-sized businesses, especially those that are just starting with email marketing campaigns. AWeber is also good for bloggers. But it's not perfect for an affiliate marketer who wants to make a landing page on AWeber. Businesses that require advanced segmentation options may need to consider other email marketing platforms.
Keap is very good at contact management and automation creation but weaker at email campaign creation. I was particularly interested in a function where when manually entering a new contact, you are then able to email that contact using a premade HTML template. It will currently not do this. There is a workaround, but it is unnecessarily ponderous.
List building: AWeber makes it easy to grow opt-in subscribers through customizable signup forms as well an integration with tools like Sumo and Hustle Pro.
List segmentation: with a little more information about each subscriber, it's easy to create custom segmented lists based on different criteria.
Deliverability: AWeber enforces opt-in rules to keep spammers out of its system and improve deliverability rates for reputable users. We rarely have issues with our messages from AWeber being routed to spam folders.
Double opt-in: AWeber makes it easy to set up double opt-in to make extra certain you have a high-quality mailing list.
Aweber would be even better if it had the ability to host landing pages. I have to use a tool like landingpages.net to do this if I don't want to create the landing pages as part of my client's website. If I manage their site, it isn't a problem, but it keeps me from using Aweber for clients who manage their own sites or dont' have one.
Aweber would greatly benefit from a more robust reseller program. Firms like mine have multiple clients and, with each client needing an individual Aweber account, it would be nice to have access to margin so that we could resell the services.
Along the lines of a reseller program, it would be great of Aweber allowed resellers to white label the interface and administrate multiple accounts from one agency account.

Having representatives designated to certain regions or companies for a point of contact when help is needed
More options when building the emails. While the click and drop options can be a plus, they can also be negative because you are limited to image and text sizing and positions
AWeber is easy and intuitive for me use. I really like the simplicity and the structure of the work flow as it saves me time. AWeber also integrates with all the other programs, systems and gateways that I use on a daily basis (WordPress, Paypal, LeadPages, Facebook and more) and if I have any questions or have trouble the AWeber customer service technicians are very helpful.
We have invested a lot into Infusionsoft and are using it to automate our processes and marketing. Changing CRMs would have a HUGE cost for us and based on our evaluations, the grass isn't greener elsewhere. Infusiosoft fits most of our needs and is slowly getting better each year. Their support is great and we will continue to use them until something much better comes around or our company outgrows a small business CRM.
See previous answers ... the design / customization interface could be more intuitive and elegant .. for example, for me it has been difficult to easily figure out how to place pictures / images to the right, left or center of text.
You do need to spend some time on-boarding and implementing the software in order to have full functionality. We were lucky - we had colleagues at the university with experience with Keap and then hired an intern familiar with the software to get us set up and ready to use it. We've had some functionality issues with it along the way and that has frustrated myself and the other uses in our department.
OMG, it's all in one and that compromises everything, fundamentally. If you want a race car, invest in a race car. If you want a dune buggy, get that. If you want a boat that floats, go for it.
I have always received prompt phone or live chat support that has resolved my issues on the first call in a competent, knowledgeable and friendly manner. By contrast MailChimp offers no live chat or phone support; they only offer email support and the response time for MailChimp is slow by comparison to AWeber.
Generally, very responsive support for even our more complicated issues. We do have some open issues that we need resolutions on and that I understand are complicated and will take longer to resolve but the open issues are significantly impacting to our business.
I have been to a number of in-person training sessions over the years with Keap and all of them have been FANTASTIC. They really put a lot of time and effort into these sessions. Staff and facilitators go out of their way to ensure that participants are getting what they need.
The results of training online are often based on how people learn. The training was great but with feature updates, you just have to get in there sometimes and do it! The training definitely lays a firm enough foundation for you to be successful even if its can't be updated with every feature update.
Don't let the fear of implementing a new software solution keep you from unleashing the power of automation that Infusionsoft provides. With the right implementation partner, the process can not only be smooth and painless, it can actually help you get a better understanding for how your current communication process can be improved upon.
We often use Canva to design our content and then export it as an image to upload into Aweber, as Aweber designs and limitations are too much of a hindrance to our needs. Canva is a brilliant tool for marketing and saves you a lot of time being able to adapt or change an existing template you create.
Keap is fast. The learning curve is shorter and they have an academy for learning with videos quite extensive that explain a lot of different scenarios, specially when you need to customize scenarios of automations and segments. Is cheaper if you consider that this services CRM + Mailing don´t come often in one package and the realiability to send mails is quite good.
You get a lot of features included, but you don't need to use them all at once to start seeing an effect. When you are ready to use them, they are there. It also scales without costing too much money.
Automation has allowed us to be more engaged and invested in our customers by reminding us about birthdays and other important events in their lives so that we can celebrate with them.
We lacked the manpower to sell and distribute orders online before setting up the payments and automation features. We now collect $5k+ a week in lost sales through online ordering.
List cleaning functionality and engagment settings have allowed us to run a 40-50% email open rate that allows us to create an engaged community around local events and opportunities as well as sales and special offerings.
