For professional users the suboptimal frontend is less of an issue. It is a drawback that easily gets compensated by the massive analysis features that the data query tools provides. Coupled with full segmentation and filtering there is hardly any question that can not be answered with the AT Internet analysis toolbox.

The AT Internet teams always works on improving their products. I had the opportunity to see a demonstration of some future products: they will be more user friendly, easier to use, and faster at providing data. AT Internet is a new vendor within the mass market industry, they go step by step on their product development and try to be a leader on innovation.
The solution doesn't work yet as a Big Data analytics environment such as Adobe Insight or comScore (Dax) but it is easy to use, powerful and comes with a high quality customer support. The only issue would be on partnership with email marketers, MVT solutions etc... which I assume can be fixed easily.
