Bigin will help us to maintain an organized data base of contacts and users so that we can ensure regular contact and business development.
This eliminates the need for excel sheets and is very smooth in the operations.
  • IMAP FOR EMAILS . So all emails can go from one platform.

We have been using Zoho CRM . However to have a common track for email etc and avoid multiple platforms for emails the Imap Feature in Bigin ( Zoho available only professional and higher) is very useful at a resonable price.

I have started Zoho books service since log back till now I found that its very seamless experience, then recently I move to Zoho Bigin CRM to manage customer inquiry and its flow in proper manner, till now experience is very smooth , however we require to add whats app integration to take it on next level , I recommended to use it once it will surely add on productivity and result in your business.

My experience with Zoho Bigin has been exceptional. This tool has become an invaluable asset in my day-to-day operations. Very simple and easy to use! Bigin by Zoho CRM is a software that is really very easy to use, there is no need for training, everything is really instinctive. It can be used quickly without complex settings. Those who are less experienced or less comfortable with computers will also easily find their feet! it is very easy to use the application and the synchronization of contacts, calls and calendar is a real plus

This is essentially an extension to the larger base CRM that Zoho has. Its great for small business owners and mom and pop shops who look into getting more of a relationship based business approach as to grow by creating trust as small businesses. The tool gives you a hint of what the whole CRM entitles.

Recruit 50Plus uses Bigin to manage our clients, our strategic partners, and the deals we win (and lose). It is a great CRM for those who are not ready for the "big league" or want to get a feel for the power of a CRM. For us, Bigin is just perfect for the size of our business. We may move to Zoho CRM in the future, but we are in no rush.
  • Easy to use and operate as there are not "23 million" options, but still powerful.
  • Integrates with other Zoho products like Zoho Social, Campaigns and Forms.
  • Allows deals pipelines with fully customisable stages.
  • Share files, notes, emails, etc. between Contacts and Deals.
  • More sophisticated workflows, such as some of the features in Zoho Flow.
  • More than 20 customisable fields.
This depends on their business, its size, and what they are trying to do. For a smaller business, or one starting to employ work flow and management apps, Bigin is a great start.

We use Bigin to completely manage the details pr contacts of clients, which makes it effective when we want to make some communications with them. Furthermore, Bigin makes workflow management more effective, after identifying the business opportunities for growth. The email marketing, which is the most reputable digital advertising means have been introduced to Bigin.
