Contentstack's ongoing support via our Customer Success Manager is the best of all platforms we use. Additionally, we are often quickly put in touch with technical folks when needed to get the full support we need, including training on new functionality.

Support is always quick to respond, and they always get to the bottom of an issue. Escalating up the chain works well, and I have found in the past that using the chat function has solved some issues - although since the introduction of AI to the chatbot I have noticed that has actually gotten worse. However, I understand that it takes time to bed in an AI bot, so look forward to how that will improve in the future. I've had positive interactions with the Support team, and when necessary our Account Manager and Tech contacts have been able to escalate and resolve more urgent matters in a timely manner.

When we were first building our our headless website there were a few things we were unsure on. Contentstack customer support not only were very responsive but also very knowledgeable/technical. They were also happy to jump on a video call and review code to help our team overcome issues ( mainly due to our problems not Contentstack ). I've never known a company to do this before unless it was something you paid above and beyond for. This was all included in our contract. This service helped us stay on track with out headless launch and deliver on time. Beyond happy with the service provided and is still been provided.

They have an in-app chat with their support team, who is always quick to respond and provide helpful answers. I've never walked away from an interaction without my issue being solved quickly and easily. They're also very communicative over email and are sure to follow up after any changes are made to ensure we're seeing the desired result. They are always very professional and easy to work with.

Support is mostly quick to answer on the chat, which takes care of the smaller issues. For the bigger issues that require more insights & maybe bug fixing, it can be a while between the updates, which leaves you not knowing exactly when to expect a solution. I have only been in contact with the technical support organization. In general, the access to support through the system itself is really convenient.
