Goto Webinar is used for my financial analysis meetings with desktop sharing and collaboration and it allows team members to share ideas gather information and make informed decisions. I would recommend it for anyone with a distributed team that needs to share information and meet regularly while minimizing costs in general.

I use GoTo Webinar a couple of times per quarter as we have webinars between our partners and our customers. This helps us introduce our customers to our partners. Very easy to use and it's very user-friendly. Most importantly bent had a problem we customers logging in and watching the webinar.

It is very easy to use and easily learn how to use. During the webinar, there aren't any technical problems or questions which help during the stressful presentation. I use it as a virtual meeting tool. I am able to share diagrams and drawings and have other participants interact. My next project is for training using the company's email services. I have several remote users and this will allow me the ability to give them the training resources without the expense of bringing them to the office.

  • Questions are easily seen and allows organizer the option to answer immediately or wait until it is appropriate
  • The analytics are cumbersome

I use GoTo Webinar to train others in cybersecurity situations. I am able to prepare my training using digital media that the participant can download and review at a later time. The information is still available during the presentation, but also available after the presentation. I am not a marketing expert, so I use the resources I have to help my user base.

We currently use GoTo Webinar for presentations and recording of them for use later. My role is to access the software after the webinars in order to download and make edits to the videos for later use. GoTo Webinar makes my process easier as I am able to view all recordings in one place. Reducing my production time significantly.

GoTo Webinar works extremely we when the content being presented does not include the use of personal web cameras. The transitions for use, along with user interaction, work very well. As a producer, all of your required tools are easy to find and use, making the production side a breeze.

We used GoTo Webinar for large scale meetings/trainings that were held for the company and other outside clients. We would use this for larger scale presentations and times when there would be crowd and presenter interaction that would occur to not only spur conversation but also facilitate discussions between major stakeholders.

It is typically reserved for those that can not connect to MS Teams. We have folks all over the country, and often times this is the best way for them to connect. We have also utilized it for meetings with organizations outside of our business.

The business problems that get addressed are reviews during meetings of any internal & external customer support issues. The use effectively gathers & communicates info, not only internally but externally as well. It's a valuable Webinar resource that is being utilized daily by our company!

We are a professional trade association, and we produce and deliver a number of webinars throughout the year to our members as continuing education programs for their professional requirements. We have been using GoTo Webinar for about 10 years to deliver these online webinars to our members. We deliver the live version of these webinars directly on the GoTo Webinar platform, and then we use their recording and editing tools to create an on-demand version of each webinar to make available to our members after the live event is held.
  • Unlimited number of webinars per month with no time limits
  • Clear, user-friendly interface that allows our members to join our live webinars with very little technical assistance required
  • Nice built-in tools for recording and editing video content
  • Quick and responsive customer support by phone
  • Adding speakers/panelists - it would be better if you could store a bank of past speakers to quickly add them to new webinars being created
  • Making the web version of the software equal in functionality to the desktop version so that users would not have to download and install the software in order to join in a webinar
  • If the handouts posted to a webinar could be made available for download in advance of a webinar, it would allow the participants to have these in hand before the webinar begins instead of having to download these after the webinar is opened. Or make them available to the participants while in the waiting room prior to the start of the broadcast
Well suited for training presentations to larger groups where only the speaker(s) would be speaking and sharing a screen with the audience muted and not sharing their screens.
Not suited for meetings where everyone needs to talk and possibly share their screens. That would be better suited for GoTo Meeting.

This software was used in a prototype situation when reviewing the best way to use a webinar related piece of software.While it was used my experience with it was early and good but it showed promise and have seen and interacted with it many times since. GoTo Webinar was used for the purpose of hosting a company wide GDC like event in which it was a platform for people to tune in and be exposed to a variety of teams and the information they where willing to share.In a company with thousands of employees it is vital to information share and GoTo Webinar created this opportunity.On demand video was a necessity and it delivered

The GoTo Webinar software/ api is generally good for communication ,upskill and knowledge sharing. The covid period was a good example of how effective a software such as this can be. Allowed multiple uses of comms for webinars with a live chat feature and easy joining security with a simple code. Can launch in browser as well Analytics and reporting wanted by management is robust and as such is very welcomed

We use it to communicate with outside parties and other companies, organizations, and people. We use it for meetings when it is beneficial to share screens and present visual information. It is used mainly for meetings with other entities who use the software. It is not used for internal meetings with staff.

Our association uses [GoTo Webinar] for almost all our online webinars, which can be between 2-5 per month. Most of the programs are generated in the U.S., but we also use it for international webinars that are launched by our team in Malaysia. It has been a great way to reach a very large, international audience for our educational programs.
  • Reports are quite thorough for attendee tracking, Q&A submissions.
  • Overall the online technology and connectivity is very reliable.
  • They have good help screens, and if needed the live help staff are easily accessible.
  • It would be nice to be able to run customized reports.
  • Running a presentation with embedded videos can be hit or miss; typically only 50% of the audience can see and/or hear the videos.
  • When needing to enter webinar information in a foreign language, the auto translations on the platform are not 100% accurate, and there are only so many languages to choose from.
[GoTo Webinar] is great for conducting webinars in general. It is a widely used & accepted online program, which makes it user-friendly. It is easy to set up webinars, and easy to execute them. It is also relatively affordable if your organization hosts many webinars, but it may be worth [GoTo Webinar] to explore or allow one-off use of the platform instead of requiring a subscription.

GoTo Webinar is used by our customers to host virtual events. Cvent has a tight integration with GoTo Webinar. Our customers use cvent to collect registrations where GoTo Webinar is used on the day of the event/webinar. GoTo Webinar encourages attendee engagement and has increased the attendance rate. It has resolved a lot of business problems like analytics and event administration.

We use GoTo Webinar for our presentations, and webinars to make them look presentable, and it can accommodate up to 1,000 attendees. The problem is we haven't tried reaching its maximum potential, we'd like to go big and try up to 5,000 attendees. This is of course for the organization with larger employees.

This will be well suited for larger organizations, and for webinars. Sure there are some delays and whatnot, but it's not the software's problem at the time. The internet may be the cause, and for the users who's had a bad internet connection, I can say GoTo Webinar is doing its best and what's fit so that the user may be able to attend the so-called seminars.

I've used GoTo Webinar for the meetings and small conferences within our team. It's a good platform that allows for pre-records, screen sharing, and webcam sharing. The great thing that addressed our problem is that plenty of panelists can join at the same time. Therefore you can create your own branding for the webinar.

It is the best platform for the agencies or companies that are organising large events for the public or even in the company. So everyone can attend online/virtually. Sometimes our partners give us some training in GoTo Webinar. We download at that time the app if we don't have it installed in our computer a few minutes before entering the training or conference event.

A few clients use GoTo Webinar for hosting webinars, continuing education courses, etc. I have run meetings from it in the past but recently I am just a viewer on the platform. It is convenient for hosting courses/webinars with large groups of people.

GoTo Webinar allowed us to provide weekly webinars for our new customers in our onboarding period with our product. We were able to streamline processes and cut down on manually doing one-on-one training on basic aspects of our platform so that we could focus on more customized calls and training once customers watched our webinars and understood the foundational components of our software.

We used GoTo Webinars for training, webinars, virtual roundtables, etc. This platform became especially beneficial during COVID as most executives and customers were remote and we could no longer host in-person events or travel to our customers' offices for in-person training. This also allowed one platform for a global team. We had employees in APAC, EMEA, and North and South America.

Well suited for a team that wants a straightforward easy-to-use online webinar platform. You can host as many webinars as you would like as long as they do not overlap. Not well suited for a company that was streamlined, and branded UX experience from beginning to end. The capabilities are pretty standard for GoTo Webinar, especially for the registration page.

  • Custom Backgrounds. It would be much better if GoToWebinar didn't require a third-party service to upload custom backgrounds. I feel like this should be native functionality in 2022. The ChromaCam app is glitchy and a pain to use so I just opt not to use a background in GoToWebinar.
GoToWebinar is great for online webinars and meetings that require the ability to manage large groups. The polling functionality is easy to use and the after-meeting reports are easy to obtain. If you want to have a custom background, I would not trust the ChromaCam install for an important meeting, in my opinion.

GoToWebinar solves the issue of in-person meetings at the moment. It is used across all departments and with outside stakeholders. With the ongoing pandemic, this helps the community to continue to conduct workshops on the regular. This has allowed us to add more options to the schedule.

We are a webinar sales company and we also are an Education company. We use GoTo Webinar for all of our Sales Presentations and for most of our Live Classes for Paid User Education. We currently have a lot of accounts that we use daily - multiple times a day. We have also tested the On-Demand or "Go To Stage" Feature.
  • Webinars - 1 to Many presentations using screen share and audio
  • Recordings - Ability to use a registration link for a single webinar to also view the on demand recording
  • Scheduling - ability to schedule multiple webinars at one time
  • Integrations - APIs to help integrate existing technology and GTW to our platforms
  • Support - We have an account and the support options are limited and at times cumbersome
  • Accounts and 2-Factor Authorization - This is great for users as individuals, but when using group emails or sharing accounts with group emails - it has become increasingly difficult to maintain
  • Communication - Changes in the platform are done, but not communicated to the accounts, account admins, etc. We notice the changes and have to adjust on the fly
  • Account Executive - We have had multiple and had to go digging for contact after a current AE leaves the organization
  • Video-Sharing - is not the smoothest or prettiest experience. There have been improvements, but could be even better.
It's still the best 1-to-many platform with the best API integrations. From all of the platforms my team and I have used - GoTo Webinar is still the leader when it comes to webinar presentations, data, and processing. Where it lacks customer support and service. If you're okay with not having someone to talk to and guide you for all updates and issues and a self-help portal as prime support - then you'll be fine with GoTo Webinar.

Use it to integrate with HubSpot and our marketing automation. It helps us streamline our webinars and demos for prospect and partner education. It helps us mitigate any technical risks and also provides best of breed functionality with surveys and polls. The simulated live functionality is great when trying to scale the number of webinars to complete.

I use GoTo Webinar with clients who are looking to generate warm to hot leads for their product/solutions. Webinars and demos are key, especially for my SaaS clients, and GoTo Webinar provides a very intuitive and familiar interface for our hosts, cohosts, and guests. It typically only takes us 2 to 5 minutes to set everything up, from basic information to the registration page. Occasionally a client demands to use a different solution, but they always come to regret it in the end, switching back to GoTo Webinar.

Weekly manager calls throughout the company which include training, brainstorming, and reviewing items on our list. I am able to share my screen which helps others understand better while looking at the exact screen of what I am training or reviewing that day. Chatbox is also helpful for those that are not comfortable unmuting to speak.

Well suited for company-wide meetings with being able to use with just a click of a link. Able to put it in on an outlook calendar easily for reminders so that way a meeting is never forgotten. We have mass meetings for client campaigns for national sales assistants and also to implement new applications. It can hold many occupants and it is nice you can call in or listen via the computer. It is very user-friendly to enter the meeting and the presentation tool is easy to use when going over the new tools or campaigns.

GoTo Webinar is great for any new introductions to tools, campaigns, and applications. It can hold a large number of people and it is nice that there is a mute future as well which helps. We mainly use it for rollouts in our company and it usually goes seamlessly which is great.
