Well there is not much to support so what else would you give it? Actually, I think that Slack deserves the above rating because it seems to go down and become inaccessible for a variety of reasons. It always seems that these outages are not explained and that kind of leaves you wondering.

Slack's support is very good, he has answered every question made in detail. He also suggested the implementation of some useful applications for the web development team. The attention was personalized and constant.

I really enjoy using the tool, and it's really easy to integrate with other tools, which is important for our company. There are also a lot of add-ons that add important or enjoyable functionalities to the tool. I have yet to face a situation where Slack should be able to resolve an issue and it performs below expectations.

I never needed it, which is a good thing since the usability for the majority of the features is good.

In all 2 years, we only had one issue where message syncing was not working for some users and they had to click repeatedly on "load new messages" to view the latest messages. We had to contact Slack customer support and they were really helpful. They involved their product team and took 2 days to identify a bug on their end.

Slack support has been fantastic. They listen and actually submit features requests that are currently not in Slack. Having the ability to have several options to contact Slack is great.

To be honest, I haven't had a need to contact Slack report because everything has been so seamless however I know there is a large number of materials to read through to improve the user experience. Slack works well at all tasks from private conversations to group conversations to document sharing.

Whenever I've had to troubleshoot an issue with Slack (which, to be honest, has not happened very often), their online documentation has been easy to locate, easy to understand, and effective in resolving my issue. Slack's ever-growing popularity also means that there's a large community of practice out there that can be depended upon.

Support is super helpful and really quick in resolving your issues. The tickets are open for less than a week and you hear back from them fairly quickly. It has been great working with the support team on getting new functionality within the organization for all of us to use.

It is a great product. It really serves the purpose. It just has a few things that can be improved. But other than that, this product is great. Also, lets you access your chat from your phone. So you can get a hold of anyone from your workplace pretty soon. Also, reduces the formality. Creates a nonformal atmosphere.

The app and the office app had very little issues. It freezing, as a I mentioned before, could have been more on our end but we never had a problem with it being a permanent issue or a constant issue as it happened rarely. So, the reason I scored it so high is because the app has very little problems, if any.

I've never needed to use Slack's internal support, but the amount of other companies that integrate for Slack means that it is widely supported and used. This is great since we use many different programs for each client and having a wide base of integrations is very convenient.
