Triblio is the best ABM Platform
We use Triblio to advertise to our target and key accounts. We do this in a number of ways through display ads, web personalization, and overlays on our website. We also have a daily sales notification email set up so we can see companies visiting the key pages on our website. This along with intent data provides sales with invaluable information to reach out to known and unknown contacts at these accounts.
- Targeting - there are several ways to target key accounts such as email address, job title, and job function.
- Overlays - we can show different popups on the website to different audiences to further engage and interact with them. They are similar in appearance to our display ads to help with brand recognition and awareness.
- HubSpot Integration - Triblio has the best HubSpot integration out of all the ABM providers. It is two-way, simple to set up, easy to use, and automated.
- Reports - Triblio has awesome reports but currently, they are split between sales notification emails and orchestration emails. It would be great to have these combined to reduce the number of emails sent to sales and to have all the information in one email.
- Increased website engagement from net new accounts e.g. intent audiences.
- We've seen clear ROI as a result of Triblio activities.
Our CSM Molly constantly goes above and beyond to help me out. I oversee our ABM program myself and she is honestly like having an extra member on my team. I was having a technical issue with some overlays and she wasn't able to fix it herself but she quickly pulled in someone who was able to fix it. The speed and willingness of several people meant the issue was fixed really quickly.
Triblio has the best HubSpot integration and their overall features and platform were best suited to us.

Well-rounded ABM engine to replace multiple platforms
We use Triblio to track known and unknown web visitor engagements, as well as serve ABM ads to target accounts based on their categorization and their digital behavior to determine the right message. Triblio is also syncing to SFDC in real-time to update engagement and lead score on the account object.

When I have internal ABM updates, I ask for metrics and campaign dashboards, and the support team jumps into action and provides the data that assists with the meeting. The support team is certainly helpful, friendly, and try their best to support their accounts. Their executive team can also be helpful to be in meetings to support your ABM initiatives in best practices and benchmarking.
Triblio stacked up very well against their competitors. The pricing is in the ballpark as other solutions, but their ability to cross platforms and expand beyond just one area of specialty is why we chose them. Other solutions may excel in one area, but Triblio performs well all across the spectrum.

I purchased managed services, which kind of gets us premium support in an indirect way. Our account director is able to get our issues resolved by working directly with the support team, so we get streamlined resolutions.

It was resolved eventually. I guess my bug was too significant for a simple code change, and it had to wait until the next product release to be fixed.

SFDC integration was to pull audiences based on fields filtered and feed campaign results to our SFDC instance. Marketo integration was also to pull Smart audiences fields into Triblio to activate campaigns. The integrations were relatively easy to implement.

Understand the integration requirements beforehand, and have a dedicated team to work on the integration to hammer everything out in one sitting. If you have a part-time integration team, they will not know what's going on and it will take much more resources to get integrations completed.
I don't think we received any special treatments in terms of our contract negotiations. We didn't select them based on the contract alone, but Triblio was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive solutions we looked at. We put more emphasis on support, analytics, integration, and other requirements that were more important to us.
List out the top requirements that your team are looking for, and let the vendors provide their answers to the requirement questions. Ultimately, select the top vendor who has answered your questions to the best of your liking, and stick to those requirements when selecting options or packages with the vendor that best fits your needs. There are always upgrades or promotions available, but only select them if you are planning to utilize them.

ABM Made Easy!
Triblio has been a huge factor in us increasing our brand awareness. Additionally, it has allowed us to prioritize and clean up our sales universe and implement a rifle-shot strategy for accounts to target for our BDR team based on engagement levels and their proprietary SMART Scores.

Triblio was the easiest to work with of the vendors I researched. Since this was our first dip into ABM, I wanted to make sure I chose a vendor that saw me more of a partner than a customer. From day one, Triblio has been very flexible to help me make the most of the tool. I also appreciated how they quickly connected me with a customer of theirs that I could talk to about the tool.
While Terminus' platform was within a similar price point as Triblio, appears to be more user-friendly, and has an attractive analytics solution, they never connected me with a customer, despite my requests, and that didn’t sit well with me.
Demandbase appears to be the Cadillac of ABM tools with its extensive suite of tools. However, they were too expensive.
