Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use Cvent to create event websites and manage our meetings throughout the year. It makes it easier for our event coordinators to register attendees and their guests. Our attendees have a much better experience of being able to register from our website any time they are free.

The product was not as feature rich as Cvent. We decided to stay with cvent because their product is tested, full of features we like, and constantly upgrading when users make requests.

Cvent Event Management works well with all of our meetings. Our planners can copy events or start new ones from scratch. Setup is easy and the websites look professional. The app for the in-person attendees is professional and keeps growing in features.

I don't believe we have premium support. Cvent support is responsive and quick.
Yes - Yes, they were able to resolve it and update it in future events.
We were live at an event and having trouble with the linking of the live stream to the website. The support staff worked quickly with our event AV team to get it resolved.

Using Cvent Event Management

Once it is set up and you have templates, it is super easy to set up and copy old events. It gets a little tricky with registration types for our organization because we have so many different "types" to manage.
