Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

I use it to schedule out posts on our social media channels, monitor engagement with our posts and monitor our competitors.
  • Able to schedule posts easily and use Canva to edit photos
  • Able to use AI to help generate content
  • Allow scheduled carousel posts on Instagram
  • More information on reporting
  • It can be glitchy at times

The reporting is a little hard to navigate and I wish we could schedule IG carousels. Everything else is pretty intuitive!

Hootsuite ROI and Support

Honestly, we can't measure ROI due to the fact that we are in Healthcare and a referral business. Our "customers" are referring physicians.
We do not use this function because I am the only actual "user" on the site.
I can't give a rating because it was done by a 3rd party before I came along to this job.
Again, I can't answer this because it was before my time. It was also done by a 3rd party so I have no idea if it went smoothly. I am assuming it went well because we did end up using it and keeping this software even though there are similar sites.

I love that I can easily schedule posts in the future and duplicate posts so that I can use them on multiple channels. The biggest reason is because now I can post carousel photos and stories on IG directly on Hootsuite!
