I recommend entering the Miro academy and viewing videos about using Miro to achieve full implementation.
The videos of the Miro Academy are very useful for the design of boards and the collaborative whiteboard, in addition to the accessibility that the tool has to work with the other collaborators.
A positive and significant impact, since it helped us to know the areas of opportunity that the departments have and they themselves give us the possible solutions/improvements.
