We use AT Internet with Google Analytics to measure the KPI of our websites.
  • Page analysis.
  • Data modification.
  • Reports.
  • Configuration of custom dimensions.
  • Combining those dimensions in reports easily (UX / UI).
  • Reports sometimes take a lot of time to load.
AT Internet has been really helpful when trying to understand the navigation paths of our users and understanding the user journey, it has also helped us generating automated reports to our en users. On the other hand, the tool is not easy to use compared to others on the market and our end users weren't keen to use it.

We will use AT Internet for analyzing website traffic in general. It is used across the whole organization.
  • Analyzing web traffic.
  • Analyzing and separating different vertical traffics.
  • Analyzing campaign results.
  • There are too few custom attributes that can be generated and they have quite strict ways to configure them.
  • API interface could be a bit more usable.
AT Internet is well-suited for measuring internet traffic but not as well-suited for gathering deep insights into your user behavior.

AT Internet is used by our whole organization, however, the marketing and product departments use it the most.
We have mainly used AT Internet for page view statistics but have begun focusing on redirects, bounce rates, and user demographics.
  • Traffic sources presentation
  • Direct traffic breakdown
  • Event logs
  • Explanation of key nodes
AT Internet is very well made with good data presentation.

I work in consulting and I use AT to help my clients structure their data and analyze it for business insights.
AT makes it possible to get to know the users on our website better. It allows us to understand the behavior of users on our sites.
  • Structure the website data.
  • Understand customer behaviors.
  • Easy to use.
  • Segments should be easier to make.
  • Integrate campaign data.
  • Integrate segments in the reports by default.
It's well suited for behavior analysis, website traffic analysis. It's good for deep-dive analysis with the data query feature. It's well suited for dashboarding but more so for a simple dashboard with one source of traffic (website traffic). It's not well suited for integrated campaign analysis. It's not well suited for complex dashboards with multiple sources of data.

It is being used across the whole organization. My specific use is following the number of unique users working on dedicated applications and seeing the main pages they work on. This way, I am able to focus on the pages I need to optimize.
  • Count the number of unique users of an application.
  • Give traffic analytics.
  • Ease of automation.
AT Internet is well-suited for providing us insights into our web traffic.

AT Internet is our main tool for analyzing the behavior of our visitors. It provides us with the necessary data to improve our product and better serves our customers.
  • Clarity.
  • Customer service.
  • Processing speed.
AT Internet is very user-friendly, but also capable of handling complex queries and data pulls. Overall it is a very reliable tool to use over the more commonly used "free" tools.

AT Internet is being used across the organization to measure performance across our digital products - namely audio player, video player and articles. The entire organization is utilizing it, but most actively by the digital/online department. For us in the online area, it provides real-time data as well as general performance data about the consumption of our content daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Extensive performance data about our content, very easy to interrogate through bespoke dashboards.
  • Realtime performance - particularly useful.
  • More intelligence around assets.
  • More detail around video and audio consumption.
At Internet is well-suited for providing bespoke dashboards for different parts of the organization who are just keen to see a high-level view. In terms of realtime display and user-journeys, it would be great to have more functionality - to be able to track how a user moves across the digital platforms - particularly between platforms.

The whole of the organization uses AT Internet. It is used mainly to monitor digital customer experience. We look at the metrics search as unique visitors, page loads, time spent, clicks, etc. This helps us determine the level of engagement and know for sure the content on a page is very relevant.
  • All the right metrics
  • Dashboarding option
  • User-friendly UI
  • Simplification of the whole experience
AT Internet is appropriate to determine digital content engagement and works well to monitor traffic.

AT Internet is being used by our organization almost with more than 500 users. It is it being used by whole organization.
  • Open API.
  • Plug-in/Chrome
  • More flexibility with PowerBI connection.
  • Direct export from Chrome.
I was managing an internal project and I needed to use PowerBI as we use all Microsoft products internally.
At the same time, for all web analytics we are using AT Internet to help us extract immediate value from our historical and current data by using its unified digital analysis platform. Thanks to AT Internet's collaboration with PowerBI we integrate both tools together to show different sources.

Multiple use cases: web analytics for our digital products, data source for more in-depth BI reports, and quantitative data for UX projects. Primarily used by Marketing and Product Management to track raw figures, analyze what's working (or not) and decide on potential new features.
  • Multiple types of charts and data to understand what's going on with one's website.
  • Easy to use and rather efficient to perform data analysis.
  • No real-time data.
  • Little to no qualitative data.
Well suited for: basic web analytics for workers with little knowledge of analytics and little time to perform a thorough analysis. Less appropriate for: workers that want to go in-depth on understanding how their website is being used.

AT Internet is used within the Data Department of our agency. We help our clients implementing it and then exploit all the data, especially for the Marketing departments of our clients.
  • GDPR compliance, especially for the french market.
  • Customers support, very easy to contact, and get an answer.
  • Data export through Data Query is usually failing. However, a new engine has been developed and should fix it.
  • API connection, not as easy as Google Analytics
AT Internet is well suited, especially for french companies due to the reinsurance of having a french solution (and not foreign like Google) to manipulate visitors' data. Also, GDPR compliant systems are beneficial to avoid having to ask for the consent of visitors.

We use AT Internet across the whole organization in multiple business units and across the globe. The service helps us to measure the performance of our digital channels consistently and in a uniform way. With a lot of options to consume the data many of our colleagues can make better decisions now.
  • Data Exploration
  • User Friendly
  • Data Model
  • Ease of tagging configuration
AT Internet is a solid Web Analytics Tool that does what it's supposed to do. It's not a marketing suite with tons of functionalities, it's a focused tool! It works well on websites, news pages, eCommerce Platforms, mobile Apps.

AT Internet is used across the whole organization, from the marketing department to the DATA team, mainly to track and analyze on-site behavior.
  • Clear interface, easy to read figures and stats
  • Easy to get lost between explorer, data query, and all other features. Gathering all features in one place could be useful.
  • Xtor tracking template harder to apprehend vs. other tools on the market.
Well suited to analyze on-site behavior, the Xtor tracking template for media sources isn't convenient.

It's being used in Corporate Communications and Marketing to analyze usage of internal (Intranet) and external web properties. The data provides us with metrics and measurements we can use to make business decisions about the direction of our digital strategy.
  • Client support: Our account manager is always available to answer questions and help us solve problems.
  • In depth analytics: There are a variety of ways to analyze data within the platform.
  • There is so much involved in the solution that it's sometimes difficult for someone who isn't an analyst (me) to figure out.
  • I've had problems with dashboard creation and think I need extra training on that.
It's most suited for data scientists and analysts who can really dive deep into the solution. Someone who is casually using analytics for basic reporting might not need as sophisticated of a solution.

It is being used for web and application analytics within the b2b segment. We are using it to track the usage of a marketing platform and for specific user interactions such as downloads, sharing, etc.
  • Secure Cloud within EU.
  • Transparent product and direct contact to the vendor.
  • More integrations into other platforms.
  • Not feature complete in comparison to GA or Adobe Analytics.
User tracking and analytics for EU customers, especially for customers highly concerned about data protection. Good price value relation. It can be used as a data lake for tracking information without sharing the data with the big five.

AT Internet is used as an analytics solution for some of our clients in the Energy department in my case. We used this solution to follow the usage of mobile applications. One of the main goals was to have feedback about the main application functionalities used by users. We were also interested in distribution in the mobile device space (Android, iOS). About the last point, we noted an improvement: AT Internet doesn't give the details on Apple devices and it was impossible to get the Apple model detail. Indeed, the analytics information about Apple devices just says "iPhone", unlike Android smartphones ("Samsung model A3," for example).
  • The new interface simplifies the reading of main information, especially the number of hits by day/month.
  • The distribution devices/web navigator and the related versions (except an improvement for Apple devices).
  • Smart SDK: the idea of configuring custom analytics in a deported interface and not in the application code is great. But in fact, the functionality is hard to use and the pairing is very difficult. We needed your support to solve the pairing, but after that the configuration is perfectible. For example, we had synchronization/refreshment problems in the user interface.
  • In the end, we didn't use the functionality
  • As described in the previous question, the improvement must be done on the Apple information devices.
AT Internet is well suited in usage reporting by day, week, month, etc. It is also well suited to get geographical hits and to know the target of the user (web navigator, smartphone, etc.). I think AT Internet is powerful for marketing/advertising, but I cannot confirm that (not my business project).

We use AT Internet to produce dashboards that are easily readable and fully understandable by the product manager. It provides useful data that we can use to follow the activity and processes of site traffic. It highlights the added value of different products on the site.
  • Accessibility.
  • Readability.
  • The user-interface can sometimes be difficult to navigate.
AT Internet is well-suited for gathering lots of data and metrics on your web traffic.

AT Internet is being used as a complementary tool to what we have for website analytics, another tool called Birst. AT Internet is being used across the whole organization but it is primarily the departments of DCX (Digital Customer Experience) that are using it the most. As the CRM Manager, I work with an internal partner relationship management (PRM) platform that we use to communicate and interact with our partners, which in our case, are our customers. Both AT Internet and Birst help us keep track of where the registered customers are interacting more inside this PRM. We want to know which areas of the website they visit the most, how many clicks in the downloads area do they do, etc.
  • Xtag widget is a very useful complement especially to speed up your work on a specific analytic you might need.
  • It compiles heavy loads of data and organizes it very well.
  • When extracting website analytics some sections and titles can be misleading inside the tool.
  • For new comers it might be challenging.
I think it is perfect to tell the analytics and statistics for a website or webspace you are monitoring. Knowing the visits and the link interaction within the website you are tracking and putting everything into readable data and customization graphics is very good. Also, for the reporting to the management part. I think it is less appropriate in organizations where people are not trained on these kinds of tools because they are not really easy to use or understand.

Actually, we only deploy on one website, but it'll be deployed on the whole organization in 2021. Addresses these problems: GDPR compliance, quality of data, and custom support.
  • GDPR compliance: cnil exemption
  • Data quality: no data sampling
  • Having custom properties (apparently it will arrive on the next version).
Well suited: very interesting regarding GDPR low and quality of data. Less appropriate: dashboarding with multiple data sources.

AT Internet is used by the whole organization, we use it to get the same data in order to have an equal analysis.
  • Dashboard
  • API key for external implementation
  • Too many metrics
  • Slow data query
AT is a good product after we took the time to learn all the details of it. It is difficult at first sight for a beginner, for example.

We implement AT Internet for our clients. We use it as an alternative to Google Analytics, and AT Internet is compliant with GDPR laws in France. AT Internet proposes many services with a lot of support from the beginning to the end of the process.
  • Pages tracking.
  • Clicks tracking.
  • Chapters.
  • Custom variables.
I think AT Internet is very well suited to track user behaviors on websites, since it can provide so many details about actions like current page visited, the previous one, where the user clicks, on which button, etc. AT Internet provides custom variables. For example, if you have some personal space with an authenticated user, we can add many precisions. AT Internet might be too robust to be used as just a simple tracking tool.

Our company is a classifieds website. The main part of the business is online and the main KPIs are based on the use of the website. That's why we need a strong web analytics solution to manage the business.
We have a good relationship with AT Internet Team and the support, who answer our problems quickly.
The anlytics suite is complete. Every (working) day we check results on Explorer and analyze details with Dataquery. The responsetime is correct for the majority of our "strong" queries.
  • User-friendly solution.
  • Easy to use.
  • We've experienced a few difficulties when trying to parameter specific rights (configuration).
  • Limit of results in the standard version of data query.
It is really easy to create an account for a new user, and it's very easy for anyone to understand how to navigate the interface.

AT Internet is being used by the business division I'm a part of. It is basically used to gather the traffic and download information to our organization's website.
  • The plethora of elements and levels to gather and view data.
  • The download information is an extremely essential element for us, however, this has been broken for a long time for us now. The numbers don't make sense as I even observed missing data for several months in 2018.
AT Internet has powerful elements. However, the implementation we have has missing elements and data, which is not really useful and hinders our use of the product.

It's being used by the D&E department and probably elsewhere in product teams. It is being used by a wide range of user types, from users with low technical/data proficiency to users with high/professional level technical/data proficiency. It allows us to see at a glance where users are using products. It allows us to make decisions around prioritizing features.
  • Very granular, can dig down and see almost individual users.
  • Interface looks friendly.
  • It is hard for beginners to understand how to use it without training.
AT Internet is well suited for understanding things like what devices users are using, and their user journeys on the site.

AT Internet is being used across the organisation to analyse and collate data about how viewers use our Internet services and websites. It gives us valuable Intel on how and when users are viewing our content. Based on this we can make decisions about the kind of content we produce and where and when we publish it.
  • Tracking the formants of a particular page
  • Showing an overview of trends for visits to a web site or series of pages
  • Some parts of the user interface aren't completely intuitive.
  • I would like to see more options for exporting graphs and reports.
AT Internet seems to be well suited for the media industry, but for anywhere where you need to keep track of how well your digital assets are doing I think it would work just as well.
