- Great easy to use tool and little training required for team members
- Modification of processes/flows can cause confusion for team members unless properly communicated.

My day to day with JIRA!
- It significantly improves the management of the activities of the team of developers.
- The planning of the area works efficiently, because, through agile reports, the scrum board can more easily determine the delivery times and start phases of the different projects.
- When you have a male hours control application in the company that is general for all employees, it is very complex to have the developer use the time tracking and the other application because they feel that they are doubly charging the information and what has happened is that a of the two applications is outdated at the end of the month, and you must invest a lot of time in leaving both lists

Jira- Effective Tool to manage Agile Teams
- Jira brings in more team collaboration since teams were geographically distributed by seamless Integration of communication tools like HipChat and Slack which makes it very easy for tracking and responding to notifications.
- Sprints management was relatively simple and straightforward.
- Not cost effective since we needed to buy a lot of plugins for test management, release planning and agile estimation and basic version of JIRA did not support them.

JIRA is a very useful tool
- It helps our commercial support team meet SLAs on solving client issues
- It helps our product and development teams escalate bugs

Rich with Features and Complexity
- I can organize my tasks for the day or week in one view.
- I can see what's coming and prepare for the workload.
- I can run all my QA processes and recording findings in Jira tickets.
- Its vast customization can be a double edge sword. When management was determining what we needed on our boards and how we were tracking and what info was required on stories/tasks our boards became bloated and process heavy. When the teams took control of the boards and started determining how they wanted to use them to be effective they became a tool that helped the teams increase their velocity.
