Oracle CX Sales was a comprehensive package just because of the modules offered. Compared to the products we evaluated and the in-house solutions we had, including maintaining data on excel and access databases, Oracle CX Sales was a breath of fresh air, considering we got a 360 overview of customer data in one place. With pricing, sales force automation, customer data management, and Oracle CPQ under one umbrella, it is a one-stop solution for an entire sales team to manage each and every step of the entire sales lifecycle.

As compared to other CRM, this happens to be one of the best and most affordable as there are some cons, but the pros are great, and I have seen an increase in sales by using this platform. It works great for the sales process from start to end, like lead generation to closure.

I've used Salesforce and Hubspot. Every customer relationship management software has its pros and cons, but Oracle CX Sales (formerly Oracle Engagement Cloud and Oracle Sales Cloud) stacks up really well against the competition. Its data visualization tools are way superior, and the fact that the sales funnel is very clear and easy to follow, showing prices, stages, and percentages, makes the difference for me.

Engagement Cloud could be a competitor but also work in tandem by pulling together multiple disparate types of systems into one cohesive platform. Salesforce is just a better product for UI, but Engagement may be better suited for the backend.

Oracle Engagement Cloud (formerly Oracle Sales Cloud) is like most other Oracle applications in my experience. It is a robust, powerful tool at the core, but it's a little rough around the edges and requires frequent bug fixes, patches, etc. Our company ultimately decided to stop using the tool because we needed something that would make all of our sales teams happy.

We evaluated and purchased SugarCRM. The company itself, as well as the implementation partner the recommended bent over backward listening to our wish list, spending time to understand our needs, and ultimately working with us to ensure their application was a perfect fit for us.

We utilize both for the most accurate information in terms of employee count of company, location of headquarters address, validity of what current technology that may be using today. Also cross reference this information with LinkedIn and other sites to get the best info possible to determine rules of engagement for reps.

DataFox is very intuitive and has a good artificial intelligence that works really fine for our field teams focused on big accounts. Gives metrics associated with the lead or client and it can be linked to Salesforce making it a tool that adds up to the existing tech stack in the company.

She was able to bring her knowledge from working with her peers and get it installed to where we were in a position to take advantage of the services. We started using this over 5+ years ago so it has really grown as our business has taken off.

The belief was having all Oracle products would make it more seemless and easier to use. I am not sure that has been the case. user experience is simply better and all the integrations could have been done with them.

It has better reporting capabilities and allow for more customization in regards to switching layouts between security roles or conditions. Also allows for more flexibility with customizations written in code. However, it's not always as user friendly in terms of search, import/export, and security role creation/assignment. It does have a better Outlook integration though.

Oracle Engagement Cloud was the only software that was all inclusive. There is contact management, lead sharing, sales tracking, lots of various reports and a helpful dashboard that blew everyone else out of the water!

Because I haven't only ever used DataFox, I can't compare it to one of their competitors. I can say however that this solution is a hundred times better than scouring websites for company lists and manually assembling Excel spreadsheets.

I have worked with X2CRM and have been exposed to Accelo, Salesforce and MS Dynamics. I feel Oracle Sales Cloud is the standard to be met for SMB customers looking to scale quickly and efficiently. I believe it is the best solution for Mid-market and enterprise customer because of Territory Management, mobile capabilities, and reporting tools alone make it hard to beat.

DataFox has a very simple to use interface and has great coverage across our ICP. DataFox yielded the highest match rate on the data diagnostic tests indicating that they had great potential in expanding our addressable market. For the kind of functionality, DataFox is much more cost-effective than the other solutions

Datafox is incredibly easy to use and set up. This is extremely vital when you launch it to sales and SDR teams that care less about learning a new platform and want to start getting value out of something ASAP. It may have some gaps when it comes to contact and international data, but the CSM team has been very helpful in assisting us with our specific needs. They also host a great sales-ops specific meet up.
