- It is amazing to be able to see where users are hung up or dropping off. Being able to address the areas that will have the most impact has allowed us to be more judicious with our spending.

- Drastically reduces our reaction time to notify customers during an outage
- Improves the onboarding experience with flexible triggered user guides
Fantastic tool
