What is Coveo Qubit?

Coveo Qubit (acquired October 2021) uses rich visitor data to understand different user segments and serve personalized messages to audience segments using JavaScript. It is available on either a managed or self-service model.

Data is collected using Qubit’s own QProtocol data layer, or by integrating the user’s existing model via our API. Quantitative visitor behavioral data is combined with qualitative visitor feedback and ingested data from Qubit users' other systems of record enabling them to identify areas of the site and customer groups to optimize and target with personalization experiences.

Using JavaScript means that changes do not have to be hard-coded into the site, giving marketers and ecommerce teams greater power to implement changes outside of the development cycle.

Users can A/B test any changes to their site using Qubit, and the user interface lets them know what the test results are.

Qubit is a versatile software platform that is widely used by various departments within organizations to enhance their websites and optimize user experiences. One key use case of Qubit is its ability to facilitate A/B testing, allowing users to create and implement tests to drive conversion rate improvements. With Qubit, marketing teams can quickly make changes to websites without requiring CMS changes or extensive development work. This flexibility enables them to test different designs and content variations in real-time, measure the impact of these changes, and make informed decisions on website optimization.

Another important use case of Qubit is its capability to collect and analyze large quantities of data to drive personalization based on customers' previous website and transactional behavior. By leveraging this data, Qubit empowers organizations to deliver targeted experiences and offers to specific customer segments, enhancing engagement and driving conversions. This level of personalization is seen as a key advantage of Qubit over other A/B testing and personalization software available in the market.

Furthermore, Qubit's attribution tool through OpenTag plays a crucial role in understanding visitor journeys and making informed decisions on marketing spend. It provides valuable insights into how customers interact with the website, helping organizations allocate resources effectively for maximum impact. Additionally, Qubit's frequent upgrades offer new opportunities for increasing conversion rates and improving customer engagement.

Overall, users rely on Qubit for a range of use cases including A/B testing, personalization, data-driven decision making, content delivery, measuring the impact of changes, and understanding customers' preferences and behaviors. Its versatility makes it an essential tool for marketing teams, IT departments, web designers, and customer service professionals looking to optimize user journeys, test hypotheses, implement rapid changes, and ultimately improve overall conversion rates.

Versatile tool: Users have found Qubit to be a versatile tool that allows them to build literally anything, making it a valuable asset for non-technical team members. Multiple reviewers mentioned this.

Excellent account management and customer support: The account management and customer support provided by Qubit were highly praised by users. They mentioned that they had never experienced such good account management before and found the team's support particularly helpful in areas like data preparation for strategic review, growth hacking project management, and A/B testing. Multiple reviewers mentioned this.

Valuable feedback collection: Users highly appreciated the feedback box feature in Qubit as it gathers information on all parts of the business. Feedback is given to relevant departments such as merchandising and product development, leading to the introduction of new products or additional sizes based on customer feedback. Multiple reviewers mentioned this.

Difficult User Interface: Many users have found the user interface of Qubit to be difficult to navigate, making tasks feel clunky and impeding their ability to report on tests effectively.

Lack of Data Visualization Features: A number of users have expressed a desire for more robust data visualization capabilities within Qubit. They suggest that additional features or panels could greatly enhance the overall user experience by providing better insights into their data.

Compatibility Issues with Web Browsers: Some users have reported encountering bugs when using certain web browsers with Qubit. This has caused frustration as it disrupts their workflow and creates obstacles in setting up experiences within the tool.

We use qubit broadly across the business, but in the team that I am part of (Content) we use it use it for updates that would otherwise require an app release - such as hiding promotions that are only available for a short time. We also use it for content that we would like to be shown across all pages like service messages and banner promotions.
  • Instant, preview-able changes that can be performed from anywhere with just a web browser.
  • Makes targeting customers based on specific locations very simple.
  • Timed promotions that would finish in the middle of the night or on a weekend no longer need developer supervision.
  • Service can sometimes go down or become unresponsive and there is little we as a customer can do about it.
  • At peak work hours the updates can sometimes take a long time to show and require a few refreshes.
  • The autosave functionality will sometimes pick up a change mid way through and delay showing the change leading to some confusing errors when previewing the page.
Qubit is handy if you want to make a quick minor short-term change to the site. We often fix bugs with qubit that we then fix properly later with an app release. Timed and targeted promotions are ideal to do with qubit - especially if they need to end at inconvenient times. It isn't wise to do too many noticeable [promotions] as there is a jump in content between the html loading and the qubit js loading.

Qubit is being used for A/B testing and reports as well as helping the marketing team manage windowing for targeted audiences.
  • Geo targeting and other targeting tools have been really useful and easy to use when setting up Qubit tests.
  • Reports and tracking results of these tests have proven insightful results and have become helpful in business decisions.
  • Easy to use for web developers and user-friendly front interface that is clear, a bonus for live previews that can be shared with other team members.
  • New features always added, the recent countdown timer for example has been used since introduced.
  • Caching on preview sometimes takes a while and is not so instant.
  • More refined targeting options and include more useful features in simple mode.
  • Performance on site has dipped slightly with running tests. Maybe something could be done to improve this.
Great for doing quick targeted tests via mobile/iOS and Android which is a nice feature. Very flexible to use but could be slightly difficult if you don't have advanced knowledge. Less suited for major content changes/windowing as it is only great for small A/B testing.

The marketing team is using Qubit. We use them for traffic splitting as well as segmentation. This allows us to A/B test different pages to see what has the most impact. The segmentation allows us to provide shopping personalization.
  • Traffic splitting
  • Account team makes greats suggestions
  • Technical support
  • It has gone down once
  • The simple mode builder is way too simple
If you want to test out which homepage drives a higher conversion rate qubit is great for that.

Currently we are using it in the public marketing side. We A/B test and are currently getting customer feedback. Will be implementing promos and abandon cart email through Qubit. Also segmenting visitors by GEO, demographic, and shopping habits. This has allowed us to show the proper messaging to increase both user interaction as well as the all important increase in conversions.

  • Support and customer service
  • Testing ideas
  • Helping us push the site to new levels of awareness
  • Qubit's UV has given us insight into not only who our ideal customer is but how to better their experience with us online.
  • The ease of quickly setting up experiences and seeing results - good or bad in a comprehensive and simple format.
  • Now that we have implemented all of UV and have been gathering more quantitative data on visitors we are looking forward to opening up all the possibilities Qubit has to offer us.

Qubit was being used by the whole organisation as a product optimisation tool for running multi-variant tests. This allowed us to make changes to various parts of the website and measure the impact of those changes.
  • Open minded to ideas and suggestions. They used internal experts from other industries to suggest improvements to our product.
  • Qubit was responsive which was a necessity when managing the relationship largely via electronic communications.
  • Very powerful tool when used properly.
  • Getting tests to market needs to be quicker. Improving the the QA before sending tests to us for UAT should be improved. I often found simple issues that should have been identified and fixed by them.
  • Promote the product more. The technology is really powerful but we only utilized a small part of it. I believe Qubit could have been more proactive at trying to get buy in from our business areas for using additional features.
  • More training for internal users. Qubit was always very good when approached for training and knowledge share. I think they could have done more of this to educate people on how to use their product in more depth.
I can only comment on the specific area I used Qubit - for MVT tests. In this instance the product delivered good results but the speed of getting the tests built wasn't satisfactory in my opinion.

It's used by the marketing department for now to improve conversion rates. Because they can deliver detailed analytics and quickly segmented tests, it frees up our dev team to work on projects that can't be outsourced.
  • Account team is diligent
  • The platform has its flaws and bugs, but the team recognizes them and works with us on creative solutions to resolve.
  • Usability - "Simple mode" is only usable for the most extremely simple cases, not including reactive web design. So just about every test has to be done in "advanced" mode, which requires more time and often effort from the qubit dev team itself.
  • The ability to segment data by device, browser and source AFTER the test ran is critical to running tests at scale. We had to ask qubit to build a custom report to enable this - it should be out of the box.
  • Some things in the UI are simply not intuitive, which is odd for a platform designed to improve usability.
Anyone without an internal dev team should find a simpler-to-use platform. But it is well suited to answer the "buy vs build" decision for anyone looking to add a testing and personalization platform to their site.

Qubit is central to our plans to both develop the website through iteration and personalise our customers' experience. It is used by marketing and IT, but for ideas that could come from any area of the business. We also use qubit for messaging when targeted customers leave certain pages. Similar to what Yieldify do, but within the system.

We also use the consultancy side to make sure we get the best out of the system and over time this will allow us to be self-sufficient.
  • I think the account management is excellent
  • The system is powerful and over time becomes more powerful
  • Simple statistical interface
  • Flexible and capable to tailor your needs
  • The system is flexible and powerful but with that comes a certain complexity - it's not a point and click system.
  • As the system grows, the cost of the system goes up - the danger is that developments you want and need come at a cost when you are already committed to the system.
Good at following a test and learn approach to developing your websites but its power is in segmenting the tests and building personalisation. I think it would suit a business that has a good UX team including a dedicated front end designer. This business would be post launch and trying to develop the site and be more sophisticated in its approach to targeting customers onsite.

We deploy Qubit on the websites of our clients. It plays a central role in revenue optimisation.
  • We've drawn actionable insights from Qubit that would be impossible to get from standard analytics tools.
  • While it's not positioned as an A/B-testing tool, it offers a pretty good one! The underlying stats model is one of the best in the industry.
  • Post-test segmentation is currently not available, though I understand they're working on it. That would be a massive improvement.
It is well suited to websites with high traffic volumes. If your business is still building traffic, there may be other more appropriate solutions.

We have been using QuBit in two primary ways;
1) Test conversion rate optimisation changes to the user experience, primarily the purchase journey (without requiring development/site releases)
2) Manage and test changes to on-site promotional banners. Including the addition of banners/messages in locations which our current CMS is not able to.
  • A/B testing of complex changes to the customer journey (as opposed to simple/show/hid/change colour tests)
  • Providing a development stream which can run independently from standard development (therefore maximising resource capacity)
  • The tool is clearly very powerful, but the most impressive changes require javascript coding to implement. One of the key benefits of QuBit is the ability to make site changes without needing development resource, so this creates a catch 22 of sorts. Adding more capability to the non-coding interface would be a real advantage.
In order to fully utilise QuBit, the company using it should ideally have the following;
- Semi-dedicated resource to set up, refine and report on tests. There's no limit to the number of tests which can be set up so maximising volume is key to getting the most value from the tool. Simple variations to the test setup/user experience delivered can make the difference between a conversion rate increase or decrease. So allowing for time spent on refining/improving tests is critical.
- Access to Javascript coding resource (ideally with QuBit experience) OR a readiness to invest in QuBit's own Javascript coding resource. QuBit can deliver some very impressive site improvements, but the best ones need JS.
- Visitor volumes of around 250,000 per month or more. Lower than this means that tests take a very long time to deliver statistically sound test results. At around 100,000 sessions per month or less, many tests will not be able to deliver meaningful results for months.

It is being used by a cross-section of digital-focused departments to test UI changes, track visitor opinion, and begin to personalize the experience across digital channels.
  • Manages Service - their consultancy is one of the best I've experienced.
  • Technology development - they have continuously responded to client feedback and optimised their platform to meet those demands.
  • User Interface - the user interface is not always intuitive when self serving results. Some UI improvements have started to make this easier.
  • User Interface performance - I sometimes find the logged in UI sticky and it generally slows down my machine when it's open.

The Online Marketing and Merchandising department has used Qubit for AB/MVT Testing, Analytics, Self Segmentation and Customer Feedback. In the future we will also be using Qubit technology for Personalisation, Re-targeting, Abandonment, Product Recommendations and much more.

Qubit upgrades their technology and product offerings often. Which always opens up new avenues for increasing conversion rate and engagement.

The aim is to increase the conversion rate of key sales funnels via a process of testing, provide a level of analytics just not possible using other software and learn to understand our customers better - what they want and how they behave.
  • Dedicated account management from experienced e-commerce professionals. There is a lot they can teach you, even if you fancy yourself an e-com expert.
  • Analytics. The Decipher software is the best analytics package I've ever seen. Coupled with an account manager who knows how to use it - you're getting insights you've never had before.
  • Testing. Stop assuming that you know how to design web pages, sales funnels or forms. Test, test, test!
  • They could churn out tests at a greater rate and at a better pace.
  • Qubit products are priced individually. This makes it hard if you have to keep going back to the business asking for £x amount to do something. Most of their competitors have a yearly fixed fee for all of their services.
If you're questioning the design, functionality or customer journeys you've been using for years. If your analytics and understanding of your customers is lacking. If you are interested in the psychology of online sales - then Qubit will provide value and also make your job more enjoyable.

If you're stubborn and unwilling to change your opinion even in the face of undeniable data - then Qubit is not an appropriate product for you.

Qubit is being used by my organisation to personalise the web experience for customers. Core focuses are geo-targeting and also targeting shoppers by demographic and spend. Qubit allows us to successfully conduct A/B tests and targets. A lot of the A/B testing were in fact UX related tests with the objective of improving the customer journey throughout.
  • Friendly, approachable account managers.
  • The Qubit team appreciated that the team in my company needed some educating around good practice testing and targeting methods. They always took the time to explain the logic behind the software.
  • The dashboard in Qubit was very comprehensive and easy to use.
  • Whilst I appreciate a level of confidentiality is at play - knowing that Qubit worked with other retailers they could have helped us kick-start some of our projects a bit more. We asked them for their opinions on certain strategies but at no point did they share any 'best-practice' knowledge.
  • It would be helpful if Qubit provided more of a road map update on upcoming features - that way retailers can incorporate that into their planning ahead of the functionality going live and benefit from it earlier.
  • It was unfortunate when we found out you can't target multiple languages in simple mode - perhaps an idea to introduce simple mode with multi-language functionality?

I would happily recommend Qubit albeit with some 'caveats'. Qubit is well suited to large business with a well-established CRM team in place. I think it is very important that companies that choose to work with Qubit have a good idea of their demographic, target customer and segmentation strategy. I would also recommend Qubit to companies that have dedicated headcount to support targeting and testing.

I would also say Qubit is well suited to companies that have enough in-house support to bring successful tests in as part of the permanent site furniture. It is to my understanding not advisable to have too many tests running at 100% (if you know they're working) when you could take outcomes on as an action.

We use Qubit predominantly to make quick alterations to the look and feel of the front-end of our eCommerce website. It is good for us because it doesn't involve working with developers to implement changes that we may wish to trial before comiting to change. We are also able to monitor the effectiveness of any activity with their ability to A/B test.
  • A/B Testing
  • Quick alterations to the front-end web design
  • Personalisation
  • Build times can be long -- as can QA. Only one test is built at a time so you can sometimes feel stuck in a queue.
  • We have personally had a lot of issues with tests functioning properly: not displaying at all, displaying incorrectly -- requires a lot of checking over regularly. One day it could look fine, the next not visible at all.
  • Need more flexibility within the easy build mode:--- more advanced triggers: i.e. PAGE URL CONTAINS alongside PAGE URL DOES NOT CONTAIN.
  • Personally we have very little flexibility when it comes to Category Pages because we use a third party tool called Attraqt for our merchandising: the two tools don't work together so we are unable to edit anything on these pages with Qubit.
Qubit is great if you want to trial and test on-site improvements without fully commiting to a change. It also allows us to put facts and figures behind our on-site decisions. When the interface works, it's brilliant -- and has really allowed us to push our site further. But as with all new technologies, there are occasions where the platform has failed us and any activity done within the platform disappears.

  • Roadmapping
  • Working on the most important items first
  • Working with our companies own unique strategies and insights
  • Continued development of new tools

We use Qubit within our digital function across all Arcadia brands. Primary use is to deliver customer insight for us to test and deliver customer experience enhancements. Qubit runs the A/B tests for these enhancements and for testing other third party tools/services. Qubit is also used to deliver real time personalisation on our sites related to customer activity and product stock levels.
  • Data analysis and reporting to develop customer enhancements
  • Tools to robustly deliver multiple A/B tests across our platform
  • Conversion optimisation tools based on customer and business data inputs
  • Extend tools into other areas of personalisation
Qubit is well suited to robustly testing the incremental impact of activity, be it customer experience changes or martech implementations to justify or reduce further investment. It enables quick implementation and measurement of site A/B tests and the gathering of customer insight. It does have limitations in measuring and tracking off-site interactions and unifying them with onsite activity.

Qubit is currently being used by the marketing team as a way to create tests to drive conversion rate improvements. This is predominantly within the basket funnel and across top landing pages. We also use the test build platform as a way to implement quick changes to our sites that would otherwise require CMS changes, or dev work. We've used this functionality to help during product launches (promotional banners). We're collecting huge quantities of data, which we will eventually use to help drive our personalisation agenda - through creating a new customer experience (CX) for different types of customers, based on their previous website and transactional behaviour.
  • Strong technical and strategic teams. The guys at Qubit are really smart, and know their platform well. Integration was very smooth, with our IT team working directly with the Qubit team to get the relevant script in place (the more details stuff - the basic tags were done in 30 seconds). By far the most painless integration I've had to do with a 3rd party.
  • Good WYSIWYG editor. The test build is really straight forward and easy to use, which means that my team can create basic tests in minutes and get them live on the site. Helps support an agile marketing environment.
  • Responsiveness of the team. I don't think I've ever waited longer than a couple of hours before receiving a response from Qubit. The team are always on point, with regular meetings with my team. They are always on top of deliverables, and work above and beyond to deliver in a timely manner
  • I feel that we could be making better use of the Decipher platform (this is where you can ask for custom reports to be created by the Qubit team on key areas you want constant data on). We cannot create any of these ourselves, which means we are dependent on the Qubit team - and often, you don't really know how you want data to be visualised until you play around with it. This creates a lengthy process. These reports are also not automatically updated, and so depend on the Qubit team updating daily/weekly. I know that lots is being done in this space, and so am interested to see what happens to this module - and how Qubit extract greater value from it (as I do think there is a lot of value still to be pulled).
  • My team use the Qubit platform more than I do, however when I was using it (and I believe this module may have since been replaced), I didn't feel that the 'Discover' module was a huge amount of use vs. what I could pull from GA. The timelines were pre-defined (last 90 days rolling), and I didn't find the UI as user friendly as other analytics platforms. It wasn't a fundamental issue as I wasn't really using Qubit as a web analytics tool at the time. As I said, I think that Qubit have addressed this and have replaced it with an even better tool.
Qubit is a great tool if you want a quick-to-implement solution to capture customer website behaviour and store it all in a single place. It has the beginnings of a DMP, and I believe has the ability to absorb additional third party data to enrich [what is] already captured. It's also a great A/B testing tool - providing an easy to understand view of test progress - visually and quantitatively.
If you're looking for a pure web analytics tool, then Qubit is not necessarily the tool for you - it's not Google Analytics or Omniture (but doesn't claim to be). You will be able to manipulate your data in much better and flexible ways in those tools (although bear in mind it's aggregated, whereas Qubit holds data - and gives you access to it - for individuals).

It is being used by our eCommerce team to improve general site functionality for a better user experience and to enhance customer acquisition through CRO. The site is having to handle larger amounts of traffic than previously and we are attracting a broader selection of prospective customers who have varied requirements.
  • Proactively provides recommendations on tests that could improve the experience of our website
  • Draws on their experience across multiple industries to provide better recommendations and execution for clients
  • Good customer service with an account team who are very keen to help you suceed
  • Some of the builds can take a long time to implement
  • More training on how to create, QA and launch tests ourselves
  • Central dashboard of all tests results to distribute to internal stakeholders
It is well suited for retail clients to help improve on site conversion rate (CR) and user experience. Cilents can achieve big gains within a few months of testing with the ability to segment tests by user type. It can be more challenging when working with clients who have stricter UX design requirements. Design vs. branding can inhibit Qubit's ability.

Qubit gives us another effective tool to map customer journeys and get insight from how they are moving across and through our website. Qubit also helps us measure the effectiveness in our initiatives, in particular allowing us to probe deeper into how our activities are helping customers with their needs.

Qubit has been particularly useful in setting up short term initiaves and changes in an agile way, quickly getting the initiative live and capturing the data we need for analysis. This has been valuable to me from a campaign perspective, as we are able to get quality outcomes with less investment and development time. It is being used across a few departments currently and will likely be used by more departments in the future.
  • Provides a tool to quickly put initiatives in place.

Qubit is particularly useful if you need a fast way to deliver things that are short to medium term online, particularly if you have online systems that can be involved or time consuming to deliver through. Also it allows you to collect data that can help you gather information that provides insight into your activities and your customers to help optimise your online assets and journeys.

We use Qubit to implement strategic A/B testing (also known as CRO: Conversion Rate Optimization) for various mid-to-large tier clients on various e-commerce platforms. We seek to improve overall site user experience, conversions (e.g., revenue per visitor, average order value, and other key performance indicators) and conversion rate, enhance/extend functionality, improve design and aesthetics, and in general make the site more efficient and easier to use for customers.
  • Qubit is a great tool for building experiments for A/B testing, replete with advanced JavaScript capabilities, numerous built-in modules, a robust API, and a "basic mode" editor for non-developers to use and build experiences.
  • Qubit also supports segmentation (e.g., segment users by device type, browser, location, etc.) and advanced URL targeting to really hone in a select user groups and personas.
  • For analyzing your tests' performance/data, Qubit offers advanced reporting within the dashboard and a great support team who will also pull raw data upon request.
  • Because Qubit is a newer tool, some small bugs are to be expected and have been found, most notably within using the actual UI of the tool.
  • The Qubit team is always enhancing their product which means it is undergoing constant development. This is a pro for sure in the sense that Qubit will continue to offer new features to users while also squashing prior release bugs, but it can also inadvertently introduce new bugs, which we've experienced mid-test development and/or worse--post test launch.
  • Qubit does not currently offer the ability to filter out reporting data in the dashboard by device type, browser, or other segmentation criteria. This means we have to make special requests to the Qubit team for this data, where other tools offer this easily directly in the dashboard.
Qubit is an excellent tool for CRO and A/B testing, especially when advanced JavaScript capabilities are desired. Evolution site redesign can also benefit from A/B testing and the use of this tool. Qubit has a robust API which can make building additional company-specific tools/bookmarklets easier, and there is a lot of data that one can leverage through this API. Qubit also offers personalization through the use of built-in components that can leverage Universal Variable information.

Qubit is primarily a site personalisation and optimisation tool, however we are using it for much more. We have used it for A/B testing for new functionality and to bypass our CMS tool to deploy new messages or A/B test messaging. We have several teams that are now using Qubit on a regular basis including UX, e-commerce, marketing, customer insight and merchandising.
  • Service. Qubit’s account management team is one of the best I have worked with, they have quick turn around on all inquiries and service requests
  • Discover. The Qubit discover tool is easy to use and the auto-categorised feedback algorithm combined with the quantitative data can unearth unlimited amounts of ideas
  • Ease of Use. The tool is intuitive and simple to use. It is easy to set up new tests or messages and then track reporting by any team member.
  • I would love for Qubit allow us to set some messages to 100% of customers, rather than holding 5% back, however they have fed back this will be coming soon.
Qubit has become a key tool for the team, we have only scratched the surface on all of the capabilities and tests.

The marketing department uses Qubit for optimisation and A/B testing on two of our websites with a view to improving the conversion rate of website visitors to holiday enquiries. This intelligence allows us to make decisions on how best to use the resources of our in-house development team. Additionally, Qubit facilitates more tracking and analytics than would be possible just with Google Analytics.
  • Data driven approach
  • Valuable insights
  • Analytics
  • Sometimes I have problems opening specific experiments in Deliver, the Qubit online interface, and get a "sorry something's gone wrong" message.
  • It would be useful on the experiences overview page in Deliver if as well as seeing the status and number of visitors for each experience you could also see the current uplift/downlift.
  • Sometimes the quality assurance process before an experience goes live can be really quite long and quite often there are still issues with an experience once it goes live in spite of this time consuming step.
Qubit is probably particularly well suited to ecommerce sites as it would be easier to directly attribute an ROI to particular experiences but can still be very valuable in a situation like ours where we are not ecommerce because we can still measure enquiries/leads rather than actual revenue. Qubit would probably be less well suited to an information orientated site that generates revenue from advertising.

Qubit is used by the Digital and Marketing teams, with business areas inputting to how we use Qubit. Right now, we're testing what customers prefer on our website, and use that intelligence and data to justify web development spend aimed at increasing our conversion.
  • Account management and support in developing tests is excellent.
  • Data feedback is fast and clear, with great dashboards.
  • Qubit keeps it simple, meaning quick results.
  • We're just beginning our journey with Qubit, so haven't uncovered any areas for improvement just yet.
Qubit is well suited to small and mediums sized businesses in the travel sector.

Is used by one department (development) even though some other departments also have some interaction with the platform (setting up the test live). We use Qubit as a platform to develop A/B tests for our clients.
  • Integrations
  • Test development
  • Support
  • The platform requires higher development expertise levels
Qubit is a pretty good solution for A/B testing.
