I wouldn't say it's had a negative impact in that, just about everything has been positive. When we are faced with problems, I'm able to use Quickbase to plug in or ingest data or send out information where it's needed. So it's been a win-win, you know, on all sides.

The negative in some respects is as good as it is with all the current developments. It leaves us behind in the learning of how to use them. So we are kind of struggling to catch up with the new developments. That's not a bad thing. Exactly. I mean all the time they bring out new stuff to help us do what we need to do. That's brilliant. But that's the kind of flip side is that you know, we still gotta learn those to put them into place. But it's allowing us to make better decisions with respect to the construction, you know, finding out which projects are actually worthwhile doing and which ones are not, and then controlling those projects. So if we have a limitation on finances for example, we can use the application to determine which ones we should move ahead with and which ones we should leave off the current deployment.

All positive. As I mentioned, we've been using previously six systems, we've now consolidated and gotten rid of two of those applications. So that's yearly subscriptions off of my company's back.

Well, I know that we don't have to talk about dollars and cents is really where it comes down to most of the time. Being able to create and implement these apps quickly obviously saves a lot of money and we don't have to have outside contracts for all these extra things and all the man-hours associated with that from an outside vendor.

The ROI on QuickBase is incredibly short. It's one of the things that we love about it, both in terms of us using it as a tool internally, but also as we deploy it with customers. Once you truly understand what you're trying to achieve from a business objective perspective, QuickBase allows you to get there faster. Then pretty much any other solution unless you happen to be able to buy an application out of the box that does exactly what you want it to do. And that's usually not the case.

I don't think it has any negative ones.

I will say that the, the price per user, it can be a pretty big hump. I think if there's one thing that could be improved, it would be allowing unlimited users for an organization for a set price annually or however long. Because when we get into companies and we start doing testing, we might have 25, 30 people that start using it, and then we have to expand to their entire company. Right. And sometimes that number's in the thousands. And to have a per seat head count, you know, it's, it's not really scalable. And I think it, I think it can kind of limits what smaller companies can do.

Again, that's really hard for me to, I'm so new in my position for me to even quantify that.

It's been a challenge for us to quantify. But I can tell you that some of the things that we do, the people that are are internal customers, if you told them that were taken away, a QuickBase wasn't gonna be available to, to serve the function, it would really, they would screen bloody murder. A particular example is we have a financial process where we accrue. We reconcile between accrued versus build and it used to be a very laborious spreadsheet-oriented process. And now it's very visual, transparent, and easily understood, even though it's quite complex. And to go back would be, you'd probably have people quitting their jobs.

So definitely it has had a great return investment in so many ways. So it's employees, our employees are so much more happier using the system. if there's ever any change or there's something that they don't understand, it's such a fast fix that we can do to either their form, their fields, anything. as far as finances, it has definitely helped us streamline that, track that, see where we're spending money, see where we can save at. And then also with our workflows we're able to host documents, we're able to have help, we're able to have so much things on the database that I just think that we couldn't get anywhere else.

Very positive impact. it's allowed us to build out, as I mentioned, several of our own tools for specifically for construction that many of our clients are benefiting from.

It's definitely streamlined our operation. On my side it simplified a lot of the tasks. It made sure that we're on top of what surgeon and what's not and we're wasting a lot less time, so that's really important.
