Quickbase

I can build and deploy applications much faster than my counterparts in the IT organization. My QuickBase applications have a professional look and feel. Users find them very easy to use and interact with. I am very very happy with this low code platform. I will continue to use and promote this for many of my future database projects.

I believe if we allowed Quickbase to create more of our functions, this would certainly be achieved in a much simpler process, however on a scale of 1-10, with our team trying to build out our own functions, I’d give it a 7.

Yes we have. All my clients are happy and not looking elsewhere to find a different system to take care of their needs. Most all of my clients and in house users have requested more and more features to be put into their databases. I have applications that take care of use cases that would normally require multiple pieces of software.

As I described above, we have achieved the outcomes we were aiming for. We were able to create apps that helped our different teams with data insights, project management, marketing needs, and customer service.

As mentioned earlier, we were able to meet all of the above outcomes after implementing Quick Base. Our applications were able to ship quicker than expected, there was a simplification of collaboration across multiple teams (with QA at the center), and Quick Base was able to help create and deploy the exact application we were designing.

I believe we have, and continue, to achieve these outcomes with Quick Base.

We have built Quick Base applications for our own company and our clients that have been extremely successful for a large variety of desired outcomes. It has really helped businesses to get data analytics they have never had before, greatly improve efficiency, and so many other things.

We were able to build an application in less than 6 months and deploy it to users to provide immediate relief and constant communication on order tracking. We were able to use this data to make informed decisions about our customer base and project future anticipations from our customers. We solved the issue of lack of streamlined and automated communication across teams with Quick Base.

Our business has been able to use Quick Base to build and deploy multiple specific applications to improve collaboration between our company and our customers. We have not used Quick Base to drive insights from our data as we simply have not explored that option yet. However, considering our team is much more proficient in Excel than Quick Base, we would probably download data into Excel and then use that to drive insights from the data.

We have achieved all of these and beyond! We are utilizing Quick Base for so many different usage cases that, I personally, am booked through the year on projects that people want me to be apart of to streamline more of our processes. Especially since we are dedicated to our BPI lifestyle, Quick Base has been such a great asset.

Quick Base was a major relief to meet so many specific needs without the financial or time commitment requirements of traditional approaches.

We needed a way to manage our sales cycle, which is a challenge I think most organization face: leads come in, they must be organized and followed-up with, then a customer must be onboarded and supported. This entire process is managed in Quickbase. QB supports very automated functions (for example, generating price quotes for the basic saas products we offer our clients), and most custom functions (for example, a workflow with which account managers can request one-off quotes from our VP of business development).

We have achieved these with Quick Base as they have allowed us to grow our apps and allow better insight for management.

Quick Base allows you to build an application for the way you run your business and not some interpretation found on a COTS product. The business challenge was that Project Managers and the Executive Management had no real-time vision into the status of their projects and whether or not projects were on track to make profit, or if they were headed upside-down.

We absolutely have built and deployed business applications faster than alternative methods we've used in the past, as described. It has also greatly improved our ability to collaborate, as has also been mentioned. We often do not end up with an app that exactly meets our needs, and we could get a better customized solution using another platform, but it is generally close enough that it's not worth the extra time and expense to go another route.
