  • We have measured double-digit+ lifts in online and offline transactions tied to Evergage campaigns. In one case, we launched a special offer campaign to residents of a particular region and saw a 19% lift in bookings that resulted from that campaign. In another case, we served destination-specific vacation offers to users based on flight destinations they had recently searched and saw a 17% increase in sales.

  • Oof. We're still too young in the department to peg concrete numbers to our work, or our work as impacted by evergage. Believe me, we want to fix this ASAP!
  • There's been no NEGATIVE ROI, that's for sure. We love evergage, get lots of data from it.

  • Evergage have had a positive ROI effect on our business, where the tool is enabling different departments solving problems more easily. Marketing gather insight, product team can set up specific flows to track different customer patterns, Tech-pub can add last-minute changes.

  • It has certainly given us good insights and helped identify the optimum campaigns (as usual these are not always what you expect - which is the whole point of using a platform like this to be able to try out different options). We don't have a specific ROI.

  • We've seen a significant increase in the number of online trial registrations, software downloads, and contact requests since we started using Evergage.
  • Our technical support team has also seen a decrease in the number of repeat questions from our clients because we are providing more relevant training and documentation solutions when the client is searching our site, so they don't need to submit a support ticket as often.

  • The cost to create several messages has saved us in development expenses.
  • I would calculate an actual ROI number but since we have had so many users get multiple messages due to the rotation and priority feature not working together and not knowing it wasn't working for months, I can not calculate the negative effects to our user experience.
