I personally feel that the performance and professional look and feel of Webex Meetings is far superior to that of Microsoft Teams. The ability to work seamlessly with a different variety of microphones and video cameras has been better with Webex Meetings. I also find it a lot more intuitive and less cramped than Teams. There have been multiple occasions where I ran into glitches during the middle of Microsoft Teams calls. It seldom happens with Webex Meetings.

Webex Meetings has the best UI and best GUI on the market. It has app for every OS and very phone/tablet. It is easy to use with minimal learning curve required. Unfortunately licensing and company policies are moving focus to Microsoft Teams and their tight integration with Outlook and Domain. Focus on the business features like "bandwidth savings" "custom video quality on receiver side" Webex Meetings should distinct it's self from competition.

Cisco Jabber lags a lot if you do not have a very stable internet connection while the same has not been faced with Webex Meetings. The graphical user interface of Webex Meetings is much simpler as compared to Cisco Jabber. The screen sharing feature of Webex Meetings is good compared to Cisco Jabber.

First off, Webex software has been around before work from home was the norm. Webex has the best customer service. Additionally, the software has the option for educational classes; the User or an organization has the ability to obtain a license. With those licenses coming from Webex, it is for the organization to expand their knowledge of Webex communities.

A longstanding solid collaboration tool
Webex Meetings has been a longstanding, reliable collaboration tool. The user interface and features are intuitive and are consistent throughout the "service type" options available (meeting, training, events, etc.) making it easy to move from one version to the next. The numerous amount of features (schedule options, in-meeting, etc.) provide an experience that can to customized to be as simple or as complex as needed.

With Webex, no worries
Webex Meetings is very easy to use even for the new customers. Remote controlling the partner desktop is better and doesn't require high network bandwidth. The video and audio quality is better.

In addition to the fact that our company makes calls from the meeting rooms that have video conferencing equipment, being able to use the video equipment or the laptop account to hold the meeting.

With Webex Meetings, you can organize any time without limit on the number of participants, you can integrate with other third-party applications. You can filter noise with the surrounding environment in the best way; this is the outstanding point of Webex Meetings.

When compared to Zoom the Webex portfolio is broader and more complete than that of Zoom today and as such it is a more feature-rich solution. If you do the same comparison between Webex Meetings and MS Teams then it is a bit different. The native integration of MS Teams into O365 and MS Active Directory means that there is less integration work or configuration required to embed things into calendars etc. I would say that Webex Meetings is more open to interoperability with 3rd party systems than Teams so this is a benefit if you are meeting with multiple companies that have different conferencing solutions. Therefore Webex Meetings is a better choice in my view.

Webex has a better platform for organizing and managing large meetings/events. Zoom has a better IU and feedback I have received from my customers has indicated it is the most user-friendly platform of those used at the NIH. Microsoft Teams has and advantage for teams looking to share information on projects (doc share, project organization, IM, collaborative team meetings, integration with O365.
