I enjoy how simple Quickbase is to use. Aside from being user-friendly, there are several free training tools available, including self-paced e-courses, recorded webinars, daily office hours, and live events.

Quickbase is flexible to align with how you do business instead of the platform dictating the data you need
If you have any issues, support is quick and responsive to resolve them.
Project upload from another system and billing projects, plus some reports

Cons

Uploading bulk rates that required rate change every year
The user interface could use some more modern
Lack of customization
Reports are difficult to format
