Cons
- retrieving data from connected tables can be difficult
- formula summary fields that - fields referencing a non-related table are derived fields that take so much processing 'space' they ground my critical reports to a halt
- table-to-table updates with pipelines are nowhere near as accessible for the citizen developer as were automations
- Saves time
- Central source of truth
- positive impact on ROI
If you don't know any programming languages, it's no problem to get started with Quick Base. On-line guides and prompts, plenty of examples and help are always available. There are template sample databases available for modification, and these provide a great opportunity to understand the inner workings of QuickBase.
