Gong has higher accuracy in terms of call transcript and better brand reliability and sentiment, compared to Chorus by ZoomInfo and Kaia by Outreach. In addition, it is easier to use and share with team compared to other competitors. We also didnt want to have vendor lock-in ā¦
Fathom was more intrusive where it had it's own box in Zoom. It looked like there was another person in the meeting with their camera off. Gong manages to record calls without being intrusive at all.
Currently we use Outreach for all our outbounding. The tool allows us to create email sequences, set up meetings and helps with customer profile when prospecting. We will be switching from Outreach to Gong next week and I am excited to see what the capabilities are to help with ā¦
Both Outreach and Salesloft allow for call recording but are missing all features that fall under call intelligence, and simply offer the option to go back and listen to calls.
Gong is ultimately superior with its product offerings and the service that it can provide to the team. Its functionality, ease of use, simple user interface, and accessibility has been proven superior over the other products. My organization has been using Gong since the start ā¦
Showpad is similar to Gong but it doesn't offer the conversation analysis (like a deal stage, what the conversation is about, etc). It doesn't give you tips for follow-up. It also doesn't tell you your performance (i.e. patience, monologuing, etc). So it's fine for recording ā¦
1. Intuitive UI, easy to set up, and quick adoption. 2. More visibility on reporting. 3. Trackers to identify or group certain product calls for feedback. Helps a lot while customizing deal flow.
I prefer Salesloft over Outreach. Even though the functionalities and features are very similar if not identical, I find Salesloft easier to navigate and understand. The analytics in Salesloft also seem more complete and visually more appealing. Salesloft's deal dashboard is ā¦
Outreach is just as good as their competitors and from what I understand is much cheaper than some of them. I wasn't part of the buying process, but it seemed to happen pretty quickly so the decision makers in my company must have been impressed enough to make the decision to ā¦
