We use Birdeye to collect reviews from our customers in general and after events. We like to gain feedback on their satisfaction with our product. We like to know what kind of experience they had at our in-person training and training online and what we can do to improve their experience with us.

Everyone can always ask/press a button, but to do it on a bill scale for every patient that comes through, on a weekly basis, that's where Birdeye comes in. We use Birdeye to collect and manage Google and Facebook reviews of our product. We are impressed with the consumer-facing side of Birdeye. The automation of texting and emailing customers to request reviews is great. What we like the best is the way that the emails and text messages look when a customer receives them. The buttons are large and clear. The interface is easy to for the customer to use, and the process of writing a Facebook or Google review is really seamless and fast. Birdeye has helped us gather lots of reviews for Strong Cell. The best part of Birdeye is how the customer-facing interface handles negative feedback. When Birdeye presents the review request to the consumer, the button for Facebook and the button for Google are in blue, then at the bottom of the screen is a red button that requests negative feedback. When a customer clicks the red button, they are able to send our customer service team a message directly, giving us the opportunity to address their complaint, make it right, and provide a quality customer service experience. Meanwhile, arbitrating the potential negative review. This is fantastic.

Birdeye is great at requesting customer feedback and gathering Facebook and Google Reviews. The integration with Shopify could be better, and the Shopify widget to display reviews isn't the best. Both those things are outweighed by how easy and clean the consumer-facing experience is. I can't emphasize it enough, we are really happy with how Birdeye presents the review request to the customer.

I use birdeye everyday to communicate with clients via text message, to send google review requests and to manage reviews in other platforms as well. Birdeye streamlines our client communications so if someone is out the next person can pick up the conversation or manage the reviews as they come in.We're all able to keep an eye on the ball and allows for better customer service.

We use Birdeye to handle our SMS and live chat marketing for our website. On top of that we incorporated the automated review request system for multiple locations. The software itself isn't anything special as there are numerous competitors, we were given a better rate at the time from an existing service and decided to try it.

I can't recommend any scenarios where I would suggest Birdeye in large part because of how they have handled communication with the company I work for. In my experience, I requested cancellation months ago and their staff have dodged it, lied about it and just outright stopped responding to requests. There are hundreds of products similar to what they offer for a lot cheaper and I suggest others to go that route.

Birdeye has been an amazing tool that helps generalize all of our companies reviews together. By utilizing Birdeye, we are able to optimize on reviews and keep a live outlook on the feedback we receive as a company. We are able to share the praises of reviews within our company, to lift up employees and celebrate for providing good services. We are also able to be informed of a negative review and be able to address the issue with the customer right away, which usually turns our negative review into a positive!

We utilize Birdeye to monitor all customer relayed feedback. Birdeye allows us to receive direct feedback from our customers quickly and easily. Even customers who struggle with technology have an easy time giving us feedback on this platform. A lot of customers comment that they don't use google or yelp and cannot give us feedback on those sites. It would be great if new customers looking for a company could see some of our positive Birdeye reviews. The platform is great and we enjoy the analytics as more come our way.

Birdseye allows me to get ahead of any customer issues in my service company branch. We currently use Birdeye in many different ways, but all of the ways could be summed up in the sense that we use it to better connect with our customers on a daily basis and better connect them with the services and special requests, and general questions that they need fulfilled in order to see us as a company that sells an excellence product with excellent customer service. We have regular email ad campaigns that go out to our customers after a job is performed so that they may review us on several different social media sites (Googe and Facebook being a few of them). We also have a live chat option where customers can send us direct messages that our account managers receive and respond to in real-time. Internally we have an entire campaign going where we recognize and reward our customer-facing employees for accomplishing our Mission of WOWING our Customers with remarkable service, and we use Birdeye to track how many reviews are attributed to jobs that they have done or that have occurred at their branches. Birdeye is an absolutely incredible, dynamic, and easy tool to use and we are blessed to have it in our arsenal!

  • The overall chat/email inbox can get out of hand if a user does not take the time to set it up and organize in the first place.
  • Last I checked, if multiple users are responding to different or the same emails at the same time, or responding to reviews at the same time, the users cannot see what the other is doing. It would be nice to see Birdeye almost like a Spreadsheet and you can see where the other user is working so you both don't respond to the same review etc.
  • Their Instagram and Social Media presence is slowly growing! I see their posts and they only have a handful of likes, but I see they are trying and I think someday they will get the recognition they deserve.
Birdeye is incredible at taking various social media sites where people review your business and gathering them together so you can respond to the reviews and also track and analyze the feedback as well. It does all the collecting and heavy lifting for you and makes your customer service communications very easy to manage without a lot of switching costs at all. You may also text message and email your customers through their site and send out coupons, specials, or deals, etc., to them to get feedback and immediate responses. There are also surveys you may send out and NPS data collection. They even added a bill pay feature so that customers may pay you digitally through Birdeye. If you do not have a lot of customers or getting and tracking online reviews is not a high priority for you (it should be!), then Birdeye might not be as helpful for you. Although I can think of lots of ways it can be helpful to any company.

We have used Birdeye for a few years now, to manage our customer review process. It pulls reviews across a number of different platforms (FB, Google, etc.) and by doing so, serves as a one-stop shop when managing. We respond to our customers directly through Birdeye and by doing so, are confident we haven't dropped the ball or missed a review out there. It pulls average customer review rating for any length of time in an easy-to-read and distribute report, as well as our NPS Score. We have recently added the "Insights" feature to our account, which pulls themes and key words from all reviews, and allows us to discover patterns, trends, etc. that are forming within our customer's experience. This information has proved to be invaluable The account managers are great, huge Kudos to Anvita! Overall, I would highly recommend Birdeye for any business out there who is considering.

We have quarterly and annual company-wide meetings and this is a great tool to use when presenting the data. The reports are customizable and easy to pull and present. When sending out our once a year Survey to our Partners, the automatic upload of contacts makes this process easy and fast! I love how Birdeye presents the data (from the survey) and is broken out in many variations and can be used in a number of ways

At RED RHINO, we utilize Birdeye as a review platform, generally speaking. We track customers' text messages, emails, etc., all with the goal of getting a customer's perspective on how we are doing as a company in terms of quality, service, and product. This may or may not include our partners as well.

We rely heavily on Birdeye for customer reviews. It makes it so easy for customers to automatically get a review request via text after their services are completed, and then we're able to collect those valuable reviews so easily! In this day and age, reviews are everything, and we take our reviews seriously. We're able to commend employees for positive reviews, and be proactive about reviews that reveal an issue. Honestly, for a company of our size, there's no other way to manage review gathering aside from Birdeye.

We use Birdeye to get reviews for how the mortgage loan process went. Our issue right now is we aren't getting reviews from our clients even after a reminder. When I look for a company, I look at their reviews. I need to figure out how better to address getting reviews from the clients.

We use Birdeye to monitor and respond to our clients reviews on all platforms and give them the opportunity to be more involved in the review process which was not a possibility before. This platform makes it easier to respond to all of the reviews with the automated response feature.

Birdeye has been a great addition to us. Because we manage a large number of clients, it can be very time-consuming to go through and respond to each individual review. Birdeye gives us the option to have automated responses set up for different reviews which save a lot of time. We had a few hurdles in the beginning with the set up process and mapping the pages, but the support team was very responsive and easy to work with.

We use the platform to create an integrated portal for our clients to be more involved in their reviews process. I find it is much easier to use and much more seamless than what we had previously. Connecting Google listings to the client's Birdeye account is a simple sign in and select process and requires minimal input. There are a few quality of life improvements I would like to see in future iterations, such as setting a default sorting and bulk mapping - this would have been especially helpful when trying to connect nearly 250 Google listings. Outside of those, there's no glaring bugs so far that detract from my experience. Having better features alone makes the switch worth it.

  • Bulk connecting of listings for clients with multiple locations
Birdeye is well suited for those looking to give their clients more value. The added features make it easy to recommend over competitors. I think for agencies with some additional quality of life improvements to help streamline adding of bulk clients would be very much appreciated. I think that's where there's room for improvement as some may be turned off by the time investment required.

We just switched over to Birdeye and the platform offers a lot of great things that other platforms don't have. We are very excited about the automatic replies to positive reviews. It will be nice to be able to manage everything for our clients in one space. The support team has been very helpful throughout the process of getting started.

We use Birdeye to manage our online reputation and customer experience across multiple organizations. Birdeye improves our online image by increasing review quantity, quality, and the overall rating level. Birdeye also improves the customer experience by giving us the visibility and tools we need to swiftly address any customer concerns or issues.
  • It is simple to use. The features are straight forward and do what they promise; improve and maintain your review rating and volume, while also managing the customer experience.
  • Reporting is a strength. Birdeye makes pulling relevant data and visuals for my executive team a snap. They can easily see what they are paying for.
  • Client support is top notch. One day or one year later, their support team is always communicating to ensure you have the best experience. It saves me time and improves performance.
  • Birdeye is always innovating. I am amazed at the amount of useful products and features that Birdeye continues to add. There are a few features that are not very useful, but we benefit from the majority of the features.
  • Scalable. There are currently no caps on the amount of users that can be added at no additional cost to the organization and you can add a single location to thousands.
  • The sentiment feature is just okay. It requires custom adjustments and time to understand where it is working well and where it is not in order to get the most out of it, while other features require very little user input.
  • Social listening needs work. I often receive notifications for unrelated terms because of their similarity in spelling to my organization's name, so I don't use this feature.
  • Birdeye could have more built-in features to create digital content from the reviews.
  • Birdeye could also have additional reputation tools to strengthen GMB listings and to combat negative press. Review listings and rich snippets in search are great, but having a tool that measures and helps to improve overall brand health/search results would be amazing. My CEO isn’t looking at what is going right. He looks at what is going wrong. We may have thousands of positive reviews on Google, but the bad article with false information is still showing up on page one of search results. That makes for an unhappy CEO.
If you want to increase online review volume and ratings while saving loads of time, Birdeye will do that for you. Small or large business, Birdeye can support you. Birdeye does not include support for all 3rd party review platforms based on the policies of those platforms; however, Birdeye is willing to work with its clients and aggregate 3rd party data into their platform so that you can stay on top of your reputation and client needs without the need to spend time always heading to those 3rd party websites.
