A couple of the main reasons we decided to proceed with this purchase were that Fuze has a good reputation and because of the product features offered at the time. The product features especially appealing to the business included call monitoring for training sales staff, call flows and ring group configuration for call management, and call tracking analysis which allows us and managers to monitor team performance.

Fuze was the only UC vendor during the evaluation period that could get us a local number on their system for the Holland office. They had the global presence at the time and having everything in one bill and managed through one point of contact made a huge difference for me.

The two most important factors were price and usability. We were spending quite a lot with our previous outdated telecommunications and we saved when we switched over to Fuze. We also wanted to make sure that whichever vendor we decided to go with that it would be an easy and seamless transition so users would be able to quickly learn and use the replacement system.

The features and flexibility were the driving factors in our decision to choose Fuze. Fuze provided an a la-carte way to slowly roll in features and keep our base of users happy.

Since the reason for switching was to save money, obviously price was the biggest factor. Features and Usability were a close second since there we had the need for call queues and ACD functionality

One of the largest factors that we thought would be an issue was price. Our old systems, Avaya: we stopped paying maintenance, it was too expensive; ShoreTel: very cost-effective, but the hardware runs windows so it's a constant "reboot" nightmare. So at the price level we needed, Fuze came in at a relatively low price, especially for the service that they provide, our GoToMeeting licenses were essentially more than Fuze, and with Fuze we purchased the unlimited GLOBAL long-distance feature, so we've cut significant amounts of money from our phone bills (as well as maintenance contracts and such)
