I use it to manage accounts within our company. It allows you to move clients through pipelines to see what stage they are in every step of the way

HubSpot is a great CRM to manage day to day tasks. It is very easy to learn if setup correctly. Keeps everything organized in one place. It's nice how the dialer system that we use integrates with HubSpot to allow all calls to easily come in and go out without having to use 2 different platforms.

We use HubSpot to keep track of leads and our sales pipeline. We create quotes as well and also send documents from HubSpot with a DocuSign integration. We log all activity, sales, and goals in HubSpot as well. It works really well!

We use it on a daily basis to organize our leads. In my opinion, HubSpot CRM offers a lot of features which can be overwhelming for new users. In my experience, integrating with some applications or systems can lead to dat synchronization issues. I would to have more tutorial tools in general for our new comers to learn much faster.

I use HubSpot CRM for marketing (i.e. Sequences) and capturing data (i.e. phone calls, emails, customer information).
  • User-friendly - I basically taught myself!
  • I love the tasks.
  • I would like to have a bit more insight into the things I don't know, I know what I use it for, but I am sure it can do so much more.
We have struggled internally with utilizing it to send contracts, but I believe we found out that it integrates with DocuSign so we will go that route. Otherwise, this is the 6th CRM I have used in my life and I love it more than any other, even Salesforce!

I use HubSpot to record the outcome of my daily outreach assignments. One of the business problems that HubSpot addresses is the problem of monitoring performances. With the graphs available in this CRM, I can easily tell if I'm doing a good job or not.

  • It's easy to learn the functionalities.
  • It can greatly help you monitor your numbers.
  • It would be great if we can integrate a phone dialer here.
HubSpot is well suited if you are working in sales. For example, if you have a huge number of leads to reach out to, HubSpot would be a great help for you as you can easily monitor your leads in this CRM. Regarding the less appropriate portion, I'm not sure as I just started using this CRM.

I use HubSpot CRM for marketing purposes - social channel posting, email marketing, lead management, etc.
  • Calendar facility is effective for my needs
  • Lead management is great
  • Content creation is made easy
  • Integration with LinkedIn has faltered in the last few months and links on posts do not publish so I have to go to LinkedIn itself, delete the post and redo it through LinkedIn with the link.
Integrated links in social posts don't work when published through HubSpot CRM anymore and this is extremely problematic for me and my team. I end up having to duplicate the work, deleting the HubSpot post and redoing it.

This is my only gripe with HubSpot CRM, it's a great system that supports our team with lead management and content planning.

We use HubSpot CRM for all communication with our authors. We send emails, track emails, maintain contacts, deal records, and all stages of a deal. We also book meetings using HubSpot. HubSpot helps us track every deal with an author and create contracts. We enroll leads in sequences which are automated and make our life easier and save time.
  • It tracks emails and email threads like no other CRM.
  • It has automated sequences so we have to do nothing and just enrol a lead and HubSpot takes care of the rest.
  • It can be linked to the calendar so meetings can be automatically booked.
  • HubSpot will be better if there were more integrations.
  • From the price point of view, i Think it could be more reasonable.
When you want to save time and do mass communication, HubSpot is very well-suited for those scenarios. When you have daily KPIs to meet, HubSpot makes everything more transparent. It can help you track activity of other employees as well through reports to give you an understanding of your standing in your ogranization.

It is overall good at getting the job done and very handy for organizing tasks except for the bugs it faces every now and then, but the organizational side and the ease with which to use call dialers makes it very handy and useful for me and my the rest of the team.

I started looking into Hubspot CRM when I was looking for a way to manage my leads on a day to day basis. Hubspot has helped me streamline my processes through their Templates and Sequencing features. Now I am able to send personalized emails to more clients and never miss any follow through as Hubspot also has a Tasks feature which reminds me to stay on top of the lead in their client journey. I have experienced a 300% increase in my outreach just in the first month of using Hubspot.

  • Create personalized but templated email copies which you can reuse
  • Record your productivity in emailing, calling, and setting meetings
  • With the GMail extension, all emails are tracked and you can see if the email is reaching your client
  • Improve clickability of templates through the tips that they give when drafting a template
  • Importing items from other CRMs or local files is easy as it is, but it will be great if it can be more straightforward
  • Regarding importing, it will be great if you can import your deals more easily which already has the contact details of the client
If you are a sales person who wants to manage your clients well and keep them warm, Hubspot CRM is one of the best choices. Their pricing is also flexible and can cater to different company sizes. If you want to get on top of your game, having a CRM such as Hubspot will be most helpful.

We use Hubspot to manage new incoming leads, make income projections, and manage ongoing contacts. Managing hundreds and thousands of contacts is next to impossible without a CRM and Hubspot makes the job very easy with all the automation and reporting available. It's perfect for organizing and transmitting all sales materials and transaction documents as well.

Hubspot is particularly well-suited for vetting new incoming leads, scheduling follow-up activites based on initial communication, tracking email correspondence and contact attempts as well as profile characteristics which are very useful for reporting. Custom dashboards are also very useful because you can set them up so that you log in, you can instantly get into your workflow w/o having to consider what to do first. You can take the thinking out of it & just contact/sell. This is also very useful for new trainees that are intimidated by Hubspot when they first see it. You can have them use a custom company dashboard as default and increase their productivity.

I use HubSpot CRM daily for the entire sales process from lead generation to closing a deal and everything in between. The automation is fantastic! The integration with Gmail, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc. is great!

  • When cloning contacts would be good to enter the contact name instead of having to go back and edit.
  • Using the business card scanner doesn't pull all necessary information, you have to go back in and edit to add the info.
I have used a few other well known CRM's and HubSpot is by far the most user friendly! I have really enjoyed the automation. I get a lot more accomplished in my work day due to the ease of use and automation. This is important since sales is a numbers game, your opportunities increase with the more people you "touch".

Hubspot is used to track sales with clients and where they are at in the sales process. We also rely heavily on it for cold calling efforts.

We use the HubSpot CRM to have a better organization of our sales. We deal with a lot of clients per day, so we use it for contact storage, constant emailing and also we have sequences in which we enroll our contacts to maintain them informed about any other service we may provide.

Utilize hubspot to keep track of my entire client journey from lead to sale. Tracks each pathway of communication through 3rd party integrations.
  • Love the fact that I am able to see an organized client profile with every interaction across each department whether through intercom, marketing, whatsapp, salesmsg, gmail. Allows me to come to the table with every bit of information pertinent to the client.
  • The visual ease of each client parameter we have created. Allows the ability to see clear and concise numbers in relation to sales, lost sales, warm sales, etc.
  • data tracking in regards to my sales compensation. Allows me to easily track and hit my numbers each month.
  • I thoroughly enjoy the CRM platform for my SDR role.
Was able to track a client who was interested in a certain marketing avenue we explored, who then created an account, who then had several questions through our Intercom Messenger, who I was then able to contact and come to the phone call completely prepared with several talking points that only further gave me a leg up in pushing through a sale.

We are a small B2B supplier with very loyal clients. We needed a way of managing all of our contacts as our business grew. Most CRMs are geared more toward pursuing new business and sales pipelines, but we needed something to stay in front of our loyal clients. The "flywheel" concept embraced by HubSpot fits our needs much better. We have many short cycle relationship sales, not the long hunt trying to sell a contract. HubSpot has helped us stay in contact with our clients with timely information and touches that maintain and grow trust relationships.
  • It is incredibly easy to configure, teach, and use.
  • The email templates and snippets save lots of time and help maintain a consistent message regardless of the user.
  • Email sequences are a nice way to make sure your message gets out on time and appropriately.
  • The visibility of what documents and information is being consumed and what isn't making an impact.
  • The mobile app is good but could be better. Being able to see what clients and prospects are near you on a map so you can drop in on someone if time becomes available would be nice.
  • When I want to write a quick follow up email from the app after an appointment I do not have access to the documents that are stored in HubSpot within the email portion of their mobile app. They have access to meeting links, documents on my phone, and templates. However, if I want to send a tracked price list or product brochure I have to wait until I get back to the office or bust out the laptop. This should be an easy fix but it hasn't been corrected yet.
HubSpot is great for companies that don't have an IT team or tech-oriented user base. The ease of use and great customer support make implementing HubSpot painless. If you have a large outside sales team then a more mobile-based product might be worth considering instead. If your sales team is working more from desks then HubSpot is perfect. I can't express enough how much I love the desktop experience and the amazing culture at HubSpot that puts its customers first.
