Very responsive but limited.

The support is always responsive and is able to help with all my queries so far with a professional and efficient manner. There is no comparison to other companies, they are the best at customer support and I am satisfied completely with their efforts.

I seldom use customer services. But it is a must if I should recommend a service.

The Linode support team has been amazing from start to finish. In our over 5 years working with them, I've only had to reach out to create a handful of tickets for simple issues. On average I've submitted less than one ticket per year as the service is just that reliable! In the rare occasion I did have to interact with support, they were friendly and helpful and solved my problem immediately.

Very quick and helpful responses on the occasion I have had to use it, which is thankfully rare!

On the rare occasion support has been needed, it has not been as quick as other providers we have used in the past. However, their price point is much lower so you get what you pay for.

Never had a bad interaction or met a customer support representative who didn't know what they were talking about.

I haven't used it, but since it comes from Linode, I assume it's world class.

As mentioned before, the thing that I like the most in their service is their customer support and due to that, I like to use Linode as their customer support is very lenient and always ready to help. They always stay ready to provide guidelines and solutions to day to day problems while initializing the server or while using it.

Quickly response

Overall they go above and beyond in helping out where they can. The only issue we have had with them is with regard to spam containing links to websites we host. These emails are not sent by our server, yet when the issue has been communicated with us we are treated as if we are in the wrong instead of spammers utilizing our high-profile status to make their emails look legitimate. We usually have to go back and forth with them in order to resolve the non-issue.

I only used Linode support one time... and they answered me very quick, I have only good words for the support team :)

I am always depending on human support, that is what I like about Linode.

Responsive human support with technical ability to solve issues.

I only needed to contact support once, and that was years ago. The reply was quick and helpful. Linode communicates actively and well in advance when they e.g. need to move my node to a different machine and warn me of the short downtime.

Linode technical support is very friendly & helpful, and goes out of their way to take enough time and sometimes even go more in-depth than expected, for all problems. They usually respond fast. While they can't login to your VPS unless you pay for more support, they do still take time to detail possible problems & solutions to an utmost extent.

Always received complete answers and they were satisfying. Because the service is so reliable never had to call support for urgent matter, therefore it didn't hurt wait for reply.

The few times I have had issues, they have been resolved quickly and effectively. Very happy with the support received.

They're very friendly and quick to respond. Even when a datacenter we were on got knocked offline a few years ago (Newark), they maintained their composure when we called them wondering what was going on. To be honest, that was a huge plus when you consider we had hosting clients rightfully breathing down our backs wondering the same thing, and our composure itself was being tested.

Every time I needed support and asked a question the technician would reply very fast. Excellent support.

We have only needed support a couple of times, that is how easy Linode is to use. But when we did need something, or had a question, we were able to get help, and get things resolved, in hours, not days.

Rarely have I needed to contact Linode, it just works! That said, having the tools available to control your installation really did feel like you're in front of your own real server.

Their support is always pretty quick, I've never had any problem with them and I've talked to them maybe 4 or 5 times during the entire time I've used them.
