We get leads for our business from multiple sources and we use IBM forms to get data in to IBM and the data is synced to CRM. We use Scribe to sync the data from IBM into CRM by using predefined conditions in Scribe. We do get emails if any of the sync fails.

Most of the people used the day-to-day tasks for TIBCO BusinessWorks. Especially the IT Team from different departments like IT Operation Team and the TIBCO software developers.
