What is Clari Copilot?

Clari Copilot helps revenue teams win revenue-critical moments.

Clari Copilot’s conversation intelligence platform gives reps and managers tools to compete, spot revenue leak, and close deals. It offers:

  • Real-time battlecards and monologue alerts, so reps can navigate objections with ease and learn from winning behavior. And managers can track rep performance without 100s of hours of call shadowing.

  • Deal-changing insights like potential blockers, competitor mentions, and next steps, without having to listen to call recordings and keep track of multiple dashboards to know where a deal is in the sales process.

  • A RevGPT feature that automates busywork, with formatted call summaries, next steps, and suggested actions, in Slack. The feature can also be used to transform lengthy enablement material into concise battlecards.

  • Clari Copilot is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and GDPR ready, so it can operate with enterprise grade security. Users can manage their org with role-based access, single sign on, and active recording consent.

  • Clari Copilot integrates with dialers (e.g., Outreach, Aircall, HubSpot, RingCentral), video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, GoToMeeting) and CRMs (e.g., SalesForce, PipeDrive, HubSpot) to bring all the intelligence together.

We use Wingman to record calls and view the recordings seamlessly of the entire sales interaction, later on, the insights that are given throughout the journey of the entire sales call are valuable. We can view the recordings on the go whenever we like to check if we are missing out on any important detail. The amazing part is, if for some reason you cannot listen to the call, you have an option to read it as well and make your observations.
  • Call to text.
  • AI driven Insights throughout the entire sales interaction process.
  • Coaching/feedback.
  • Comment any observation you have to make.
  • None at the moment.
The overall experience has been great. It's a wonderful tool for managing the sales interaction process end to end. The AI-driven insights offered are valuable both to the AE as well as the manager who is alerted whenever a deal is at risk and is offered suggestions. It can be used as a wonderful coaching tool too. Not sure about areas where it cannot be used because we are a SaaS company and for us Wingman is an indispensable tool.

Since I am a Customer Success Manager, all my client meetings are recorded on Wingman. It helps the management review my calls and share feedback. Apart from this, it helps me analyze my meetings at a later point in time, clip the required meeting sections, share these recordings with the internal terms for collaboration or even share the Wingman recording with my clients if they are in need of the call recording. The dashboard is very simple to use and makes our life easier. We are easily able to analyze the call in detail, tag the required sections, and search and check specific keywords from the transcripts. It saves a lot of time for me and all the CSMs and makes us more productive on the calls as well.
  • Records the meetings with transcripts
  • The recordings are shareable both internally and externally
  • Easy to clip recordings and search for required keywords from the transcripts
  • Add the required comments to the recordings for future reference
  • The voice to text conversion can be more accurate
  • A feature to skip areas wherein there has been no conversation between the parties
  • AI based tags for the tone of the conversation in the meeting
  • Wingman works really well if you wish to analyze your calls in detail after the meeting
  • It's very easy to identify specific sections of the meeting based on the transcripts recorded
  • Easy to trim the sections that are not necessary and share them recording both internally and externally
  • Ability to add comments to the recordings that can be used for future reference

Wingman helps me ensure I don't miss product requests and follow up items for my customers, helps to ensure what was said by the customer is clearly conveyed back to product and engineering and as a learning platform.
  • Call recordings
  • Snippets
  • Transcript
  • Viewing recording can be fuzzy
  • Searching calls doesn't always show all results
  • Cleaner UI
Great for sales and customer experience to log feature requests and customer to dos, as well as sending back to the customer in regards to workshops/training sessions, etc.

Wingman is used as our call recording software. It joins our Zoom calls and then records to the cloud and we can watch back the recordings later to critique ourselves as well as take notes.
  • Video recording quality
  • Speed to upload
  • Recognize users
  • Transcription is pretty poor quality
  • Sometimes joins calls late
  • Sales insights aren't always relevant
Great for quickly recording calls and viewing the recording. Bad if your main use-case is transcription. Often times the transcription feature is very inaccurate and captures fake sentences or things not said. Also, sometimes the software just doesn't show up to a call or arrives late. I don't think it is the most consistent platform but the speed to upload is great.

We use Wingman to record all our customer/prospect calls. This helped us to create the sales playbook for ramping new hires. We leverage the call transcripts to create minutes of meeting which is very useful for our sales pipeline calls with the leadership team. The scope also included using the call recording to train sales reps
  • Call recording
  • Training Sales reps
  • Ramping new sales reps
  • Call transcripts
  • User Interface could be more fluid
  • Cue card functionality is hard to use
  • Call transcripts are notoriously unreliable at times
Wingman would be well suited for any organisation with more than 5+ reps in their sales team. Recording all the demo calls will create a playbook which will help the reps learn from each other and also to ramp up new reps with how to conduct the demo and discovery calls.

It helps us track customer calls and share the recording with them when needed. I like the recording and transcription part, where it automatically records the calls and generates transcripts so we can go over them later, which is really helpful. It integrates with other apps such as Slack, HubSpot, etc.
  • Recording Calls on different Platforms
  • Generating transcription of a call and search capability
  • Trim and Share feature
  • Recording the entire call the moment a call is started
  • Transcription accuracy
  • Trim and share
Automatic call recording, having transcription of the calls recorded, sharing the call with stakeholders.

We use Wingman to record our sales calls as well as some of our internal meetings. This helps us with any reviews that need to be done on sales deals to validate claims made by either the client or the sales representative. We also use the reviews for training purposes.
  • We are able to download transcripts of the calls.
  • We can review the entire call.
  • We can even only take snippets of the calls as needed for training.
  • The ability to set up if a team member can download calls even if they are not Admin.
For the overall monitoring of sales calls and validating claims, it is a great tool and does exactly what we need. A change that would be great would be the ability to set a condition for any member on the system to either be able to download transcripts or prohibit downloading transcripts without them needing to be made admins. We have the finance department that often needs access to the transcripts as evidence in Stripe disputes, but they have to be made an admin to be able to download the transcript even though they don't actively use Wingman except for downloading transcripts.

I use Wingman in our org to review the call and analyse it. They are mostly sales calls which I refer to. My role is of solutions engineer and referring to the discovery calls are really helpful for me to design the solution for the clients.

There are some features like battle cards which can help sales team with their talk track during the call.
  • Call Analysis
  • Battle card
  • Transcription of calls
  • Improvement in how it can work well with MS teams

I use Wingman daily on my sales call to monitor my performance and take notes. Excellent tool. Highly recommend
  • The system automatically transcripts my sales calls. The accuracy of this is very high and makes reviewing my call now it’s so much easier.
  • Wingman is able to highlight keywords, identify questions, and keep track of who is speaking and win.
  • Sometimes the Wingman is late to the call by a few minutes. No worries.
Wingman is well-suited for sales calls, sales review, and sales training. I’m unsure if Wingman is a great interviewing tool at this time.

It records the call and sends me automated minutes of the call on slack, so integration and recording are great!!!

We do daily client onboarding and consulting calls so it needs to be recorded and Wingman helps us with that, you can also trim the recording before sending it for your engineering team and attach on tickets
  • Integration

  • Recording
  • Video lagging
  • Ease of Use
  • Expensive
I take an average of 5 calls daily and train my juniors and give sessions, so the call must be recorded and you can create playbooks in Wingman as well.In my experience, the annoying part is when you watch the recording it hangs for 10 sec in the start and I reported it a long time back still it happens only this issue is there!

It helps my team review and hear calls for future references. Working in the US market from India, it sometimes becomes tough to understand the customer. Wingman and its transcription is easy to use and can save up a lot of time and effort
  • Transcription
  • Call recording for future references
  • You can search fro specific words pressing CTRL+F and can see where all that word came up in the conversation
  • Nothing as such
  • it is fast reliable and efficient
It is best for sales team and account managers. All the meetings can be recorded and transcribed making it easy to train the reps, take future references and understand the client the case and the persona better. You can save a lot of time by not going through the recording of the entire call. Just scroll down to the part and you can see the updated transcrip

  • Helps with onboarding by allowing new employees to listen to the best calls
  • Helps with a long sales cycle
  • Helps with customer calls around issues or bugs
  • Haven't had any issues!

We used to invite Wingman to all calls within the company. - For internal calls, it was a good addition to training sessions so that people could refer back to the training in the future - For client calls, wingman was quite useful as we could rewatch the video and understand more details about client needs, our performance as Sales reps, and be able to share the video with coworkers/managers.
  • Join the call easily
  • Playback available any time
  • Easy to navigate website and tool
  • Speech to text transcript was not accurate
  • Sometimes recording was unavailable or took a long time to become available
  • At times the playback audio quality was really bad, and almost useless
Well suited for training sessions and client calls. Not so well suited for sensitive (for example HR calls) where you don't want people to have access to your call.

We use it to record sales calls. Automate note taking, and as needed, use it for documentation to share with other team members of what we are hearing from customers in the front lines. We also use it for rep coaching and to show best practices to other teams within sales and beyond.
  • Call recording automated super seamless
  • Integration with other CRMs and calendaring solution
  • Audio to text functionality is great
  • responsive support
  • The AI functionality can be done better
  • Automating the note taking to fields in Salesforce
  • AI that converts voice to text could be improved
If you need it for the fundamentals or basics such as note taking, call recording, ability to go back and view your calls to improve then it's a fantastic solution. If you're hoping for the AI to automate the note taking process where it automatically captures the fields your company wants you to track then I would steer away

We use Wingman at company level also and for my personal use also. Most of our team is working remotely and we do have lots of important meetings with client and internally also. Its very hard to keep track of everything and create notes so we do needed a solution around that which can take notes also do some intelligence on that for feedback.
  • Recording the meetings.
  • Intelligently taking notes and giving feedback.
  • Reports to see transcripts and recordings to here
  • Transcript conversions.
  • Intelligence in binding the sentences as said.
  • Avoiding language barrier when people mix different languages.
It is very well suited in video conferencing and sales pitch calls. With internal engineering stand-ups and other sprint planning meetings also it has helped us but if there is an very informal meeting where people would tend to use different language and notes are not that important is good to pause Wingman.

We needed to monitor sales and support activity, as well as enable keyword harvesting and playbook analysis of our staff. We applied Wingman to marketing, sales, and support staff. My use case extends from account management, through coaching, all the way to using recordings/transcriptions to combat credit card disputes.
  • Transcription of calls and virtual meetings
  • Keyword search on transcriptions
  • Speaker detection/attribution for proper review
  • Creating playbooks from excellent calls
  • There are no user management APIs
  • There is no SCIM2.0 user management
  • Uploading audio via an api call is quite difficult to set up
  • The “note taker” bot sometimes doesn’t attend scheduled meetings
Well suited for companies that do zoom/meet only, with no phone calls. Wingman's notetaker automatically joins online meetings and self-records (but it does not always successfully join, and it has some issues if you start early)... an API integration can be built around uploading call logs/recordings from an on-premies phone server, but that was far more effort than we thought it would be.

I find it super easy and especially we need less training to use the product. The best part is you get to listen to your call again and jot down the points which I may have missed. I can also go through the customer training and demos.
  • To record calls.
  • Record the accent accurately.
  • Easy to use.
  • I would love it if we could skip recording for a few calls. Few customers don't like to get recorded.
  • Customizable reporting in the app.
  • No option to manually add calls to a folder.
I like that Wingman automatically transcribes conversations, allows you to speed up the playback, automatically separates callers based on voice recognition, and allows commenting in the timeline.

We had tried Wingman in our company within the sales team and the demand/lead generation team. This tool was particularly useful as it had battle cards and the ability to bookmark specific moments within a conversation with prospective customers. This tool helped my team to get better as interactions can be reviewed by peers without having to join live.
  • Bookmarking specific moments of a conversation.
  • Offline review of conversations.
  • Connectivity with Zoom.
  • Slightly harder to remove Wingman from a conversation where a customer doesn't want to be recorded.
Wingman is well suited for organizations that have large demand/lead generation teams that need to talk to prospects on a daily basis. Wingman may not be appropriate in places where sales conversations are more confidential, and the customers may not like to be recorded.

We use Wingman to record our sales calls, analyze sales to customer engagement and create actionable items that deliver a higher sales volume. There is no more trying to say the right thing when we can automatically present the right words to the salesperson. This data is then funneled to our outside sales team to verify engagement and make sure we are providing the best value, but also customer service that we can.
  • Wingman offers real-time coaching about what the customer is saying and what you SHOULD be saying to close more deals.
  • Wingman allows us the ability to collaborate through a number of integrations.
  • We can do Call Playback to analyze calls, and provide better training.
  • I think that a benefit would be to integrate with some ERPs to provide real-time customer quotes, sales, and revenue details.
If you have any type of sales position where people are taking calls from customers, Wingman is an invaluable asset. It can help guide your team to provide a better experience for the customer, feel more confident in the message they are delivering, and ultimately close more sales than ever before.

It addresses all business issues with keeping track of your meetings. Records them, transcribes them, and even has additional features like tone, etc. Also, can send the customers a link very easy if they would like to review the meeting as well.
  • transcribe the call accurately
  • easily find the link
  • ability to re-watch the videos with ease
  • sometimes the zoom link in my gmail calendar invites is messed up?

Recording, Transcription, and Creating reference notes is very easy. <br>The bookmarking feature to bookmark an important point in the meeting also comes in handy. <br>You can create game tapes for future references of calls and training purposes. <br>Battle cards comes in handy for the sales team.
  • Recording & Transcription
  • Bookmarks
  • Battlercards
  • Highlights of the meeting
  • support for transcription of multiple languages
  • Make it easy to join any current meeting
  • Limitation on the workspace domain to listen to the calls that are shared
It's best suited in scenarios for sales and go-to-market teams where a lot of communication and critical points can help. It's also suited for internal team discussions where you want to take critical notes. It helps in saving a lot of time so that anyone can come back to the call and listen to it or check the essential highlights or bookmarked time stamps for better visibility.

I work in Sales, and it's part of my role to undertake a high volume of calls. Wingman enables me to be fully involved with my prospect for the duration of the call; I don't have to worry about taking notes as Wingman does that for me; also, if the client shares anything during the call, I don't need to ask for them to follow up and provide the information as it's all in the recording.
  • The transcript.
  • The screen recording.
  • letting me know if I've talked to much on a call.
  • Not to be so prominent on the actual call, a small logo would be fine.
  • Have the ability to change the man, some clients laugh at something called Wingman.
  • Easier to export screen grabs.
It's suited to New Business calls when you need to make an impact and be fully focused rather than having to worry about taking notes. Not so much to existing relationship calls, when finer details are still important, but less so than when you are trying to win new business.
