After working with a different company that provided our phone service, we found ourselves frustrated with the level of service. Broadvoice and their team took the time to listen to all of the requirements we needed to properly setup the system. Communication, speed of setup, and a seamless transition was a welcomed change to our system!
  • Communcation
  • Setup of devices
  • Pricing
  • SMS capabilities
  • Onboarding process- Use a ticket system instead of an email chain
Broadvoice provides a great service at a very competitive price. The only place for improvement is the app for the desktop and phone seem clunky. The desktop app is difficult to start a new SMS conversation and takes a few seconds to load. It would be nice to also have a quicker way to disable calls to a iphone so that I do not receive calls when I am not working.

We use Broadvoice as our VOIP service through both a soft phone application and desk-top phones. Callers are directed through a dialogue tree that either plays a pre-recorded message or forwards them to the correct person. We are able to use SMS from our main number now, and receive notifications for voicemails or faxes to our emails.
  • Few calls dropped
  • Mobile application and Browser based application
  • Customer service
  • Desktop application
  • Browser requires you to open the communicator after logging in - unintuitive.
The web-based application is a little unintuitive, but the functionality and customer support is great. The desktop application could use a little work, too, but the mobile application works well. If your signal is poor, there will be some delay in your phone calls, but there are very few dropped calls (which is a big perk over our last service!) Setting up and changing users in the back end is pretty convenient for an administrator as opposed to our past service which required us to reach out to technical support for any changes to the user list. Overall, our needs are all being served with just a few quality-of-life improvements that could be implemented.

Big cost savings with Broadvoice, not to mention great connectivity! You can work from wherever you are with their mobile app. No need to run back to the office to reach out to our clients. We can call, email, call forward, or conference call them just as if we were in the office. It has made a big difference and increased productivity.
  • Phones are pre-configured for easy plug and play.
  • Assigns an implementation and Production Manager to assist throughout the entire installation process.
  • Awesome customer support at any time when needed.
  • Extremely competitive pricing.
  • Ability to integrate with Microsoft Operator Connect Program.
Broadvoice is a good fit for small businesses like ours that are on a budget. There is no minimum on how many seat licenses you can order. It's also simple to setup. Non-profit organizations are also a good fit from what I've seen. Other businesses like financial institutions, government agencies or schools probably need to keep their old legacy systems due to contracts or other mandatory regulations.

We are a small Non-profit that has transitions all employees to cell phones but still needs a main line for the public to access us. The main line needed to be a digial phone in which several individuals could access the voicemails since we don't have a receptionist. Broadvoice was able to work with our minimal yet specific needs to provide us with an incredible affordable solution. Our previous provider was changes us hundreds of dollars per month for a few phones that weren't used and two fax lines. We are now paying a fraction of that.
  • Broadvoice is very simple to use. Everything comes to our email box and the online dashboard is also easy to navigate.
  • Broadvoice listened to our needs and helped us come up with the best course of action to meet those needs.
  • Broadvoice was very responsive to our inquires and provide great assistance getting us set up.
  • We did have an initial problem with the first phone received not being set up correctly, but they swiftly corrected the problem.
  • I would have preferred to see faces on the video call then black screens.
Despite us having minimal services from Broadvoice as a smaller company I feel we were treated in the same manner we would have been as a larger company. Broadvoice is suited well for small organization like mine and I'm assuming would work well for larger organizations.

As a 100% virtual accounting firm, we use Broadvoice for voicecalls, messaging, and faxing. We are also a Microsoft firm and Broadvoice was able to connect all calls to our Teams channel. By moving calls to Teams, we were able to consolidate another software in our tech stack without much onboarding or training necessary. We also use the B-Hive app on our mobile phones to direct all calls and messages while out of the office and not expose our mobile phone numbers.
  • Voice Connect via Teams
  • B Hive App is great
  • Onboarding was organized and easy
  • Messaging thru B Hive
  • Software program to forward calls to Teams was complicated to setup.
  • Onboarding support for connecting Broadvoice to Teams could have been better.
Onboarding to Broadvoice was excellent. B Hive app is easy to setup and use. The ability to shift calls to Teams is amazing. However the onboarding to connect to Teams could have been better. We love the ability to message our clients without exposing our mobile phone numbers. Voicemail messaging dictated to email is particularly easy to use.

I currently handle all incoming calls for our company, and as a growing company, we order new phones regularly. We need a company who is reliable in availability for questions, available for phone usage, and easy to use. We also require the ability to switch voicemail recordings based on holidays and days of the week easily. We have found that Broadvoice excels at all of these things.
  • Easy to use
  • Great response time
  • Very helpful
  • A written instruction manual would be great to refer back to
  • Monthly emails on any updated features
  • Quarterly updates on new products
When turning over voicemails as best fits our needs, Broadvoice is very easy to navigate and upload new audio files. They are also very accessible, when working remotely on occasion, it is very easy to move main line calls from one persons phone to other. The same can also be said for using the mobile app to answer calls when out of the office.

We use Broadvoice as our primary telephone communication system for our business. We utilize both the physical phones and the online system - which is FABULOUS! We are able to route calls, setup auto attendants, setup VIP callers, etc. There is a wide range of capabilities that we customize (as a company AND per USER)!
  • Online portal options for entire company AND individual lines
  • Customer service - friendly and extremely responsive
  • Love that voicemails can be routed to email for review and documentation purposes
  • Ease of use - through both portal and voice prompts on telephone
  • A more user friendly "Help" section in the Admin portal - easier to search and more information
  • Be fun to have different phone color choices - or skins somehow :)
  • Admin to be able to play user voicemails from portal
The functionality and versatility of the portal allowing you to customize the full company and individual settings of each line is top notch. Any issue that we have ever encountered (which has been very few) has been resolved quickly by the Broadvoice team. They are always quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable!

We use Broadvoice for making and recieving calls with our clients in two ways. 1. We use our wifi office phones with no issues or dropped calls and 2. We use the free B-Hive mobile app that syncs to our company number so you can have your office number wherever you go. If you don't want to give your personal number out this is a great alternative. You can receive and make calls through your phone, and it will appear as if you are in the office.
  • Friendly Phone Customer Service
  • Help with Step-by-Step setup
  • Great service / coverage
  • User Friendly
  • Email responses are a little slow
  • Shipping could be a little faster
  • Provide headsets when you purchase the phone
I needed to go out in the field to support our crew and was able to receive calls to my office phone through my cell phone.

Our company uses Broadvoice in a number of different ways. We use the service for sending and receiving faxes. Some of our employees use the service to send out text messages to our doctor or patients. Broadvoice helps by making everything run smoothly and we are able to keep track of calls. Plus the user interface is easy to learn and maneuver.
  • User Interface
  • 24/7 Help Line
  • Sending out text messages to patients
  • It is a bit tricky when you first are learning to use it
We use Broadvoice to message our patients. So it is very easy to either send a text to one patient or to a group. If we are having problems with our faxes, we can send them through our email which can come in handy.

We use Broadvoice for our phone and fax service. We are able to communicate our clients via phone and send private and protected health information with fax capability. During Covid and any emergencies when the office cannot be open we use the b-hive in order to forward calls to our cell phones. This was extremely convenient during Covid.
  • Technical Support
  • Billing Support
  • Clarity of Calls
  • Dependability of service
  • Getting a hold of sales
  • Client outreach to review contracts
  • Explanation of service capabilities
Broadvoice is definitely well suited for small businesses. We are a small firm who is growing and Broadvoice has been able to meet our telecommunication needs seemingly pretty easy. We've never had an issue with clarity of calls and any service disruption has been typically pretty brief. I would imagine that more rural areas where internet isn't as dependable would potentially not be the ideal place for Broadvoice.

We use the B-Hive communication app. It allows us to take calls at camp without being in the office. It works pretty well, and sometimes, it is hard to hear through the app.
  • emails voicemails
  • allows us to take office calls remotely
  • Copying phone numbers in the B-hive app doesn't always work in my experience.
  • It can be hard to hear in the app in my experience.
  • It seems to lag more than just my regular phone service in my experience.
For our working purposes, the app works fine, but in my opinion, I think that other applications can do the same thing. We have office phones that aren't functioning due to not being wired correctly for our buildings, so brand-new phones sit dead without being used.

I had more than a few things I was trying to figure out as I was new to the office and Broadvoice became part of my job. I was trying to set-up phones, as well as voicemails. We had phones that were no longer in use and turned off, I couldn't figure out how to turn them back on again. Everything seemed to work, but it still said offline. Additionally, there were phones that should not have had voicemail attached but there were messages for those phones.
  • In my opinion, customer service goes above and beyond.
  • I think they are very knowledgeable about their products.
  • Very friendly and kind service.
  • Have an area where if someone leaves the company you can temporarily turn off their phone.
  • In my experience, the process of turning on a phone is cumbersome, having to get the IP and other information.
  • I think the website could be more user friendly. Maybe have an area where the phone information for each phone can be stored.
I think Broadvoice has the best customer service I personally have experienced. When [L...] assisted me we ran into a bunch of different issues, the voicemails were all in the wrong places and other things were mixed up in there. She asked me if she could work on the information and call me back when she was finished. She called me back and explained everything to me, and she corrected everything for me and made my life so much easier! She was fantastic!

We use Broadvoice for our phone service. Before Broadvoice came along, we were using Comcast Business Voice, which was okay but sometimes annoying. We paid for "caller ID," but no name ever appeared on the screen. The features on the phones we used were difficult to learn as you had to memorize a number sequence to perform an action. With Broadvoice, we have had no problems so far, "caller ID" works as it should, I am able to answer office calls from my cell phone, no matter where I am, as well as make outgoing calls from my cell & make it appear to the client I am calling from the office. I no longer have to give out my personal cell phone, which is very nice. When you receive calls, they come in from the app, which makes it very easy to identify when a client is calling versus a personal call.
  • Caller ID
  • Voicemail Recording
  • Transfer Calls
  • Voicemail Transcript
  • Call Recording
  • Sometimes I have to delete the same message multiple times before it disappears from my phone.
Broadvoice has been a great investment so far! It is a cutting-edge system that allows you to handle multiple lines & provides you with many useful features. It doubles the number of lines available with the call park feature. It delivers faxes right to your email inbox, so you can choose whether to print them or not. Through their app, it enables you to answer calls no matter where you are. I highly recommend Broadvoice!

We use Broadvoice as our phone system. My Techs work different shifts and are able to share the support hotline by using the B Hive Application on their device (computer, tablet, or cell) of choice. I also enjoy getting my voicemails via email so I can listen to them at my convivence.
  • They continually update features on the App
  • Reliable seems like there is no downtime
  • Quick Support when needed
  • I think the Mobile app can be improve for iPhone a little
I believe that Broadvoice brand recognition is what really needs to improve, because I believe it can do everything that it's competitors can do and expect that any business in need of a UCaaS solution should consider them.

I really do like Broadvoice. I like the technology. I like being able to forward calls to my cell phone and being able to clearly see who is calling. I like receiving email alerts when I have a voicemail message. I like the different settings in the portal. For example, being able to adjust how many times the phone rings before it goes to my voicemail. It is a very easy platform to use, and customer service is always extremely helpful. I also like the pricing. I think they're very competitive.
  • The applications and website platform are both very easy to use.
  • Customer Service is extremely helpful.
  • Pricing is competitive.
  • The quality/ clarity of calls made through the app could use improvement.
Broadvoice has been extremely helpful in the way we conduct business when telecommuting. After Covid-19, telecommuting has been the new normal for our advisors here at BNB Wealth Management. Having Broadvoice has been extremely helpful with the transition to a hybrid work environment.

We have offices in remote areas throughout the country. As a concessionaire, we support recreation areas in many areas with limited service availability. Our goal was to reduce our traditional phone service costs, and attempt to provide extention based access to each of our locations for all staff. As Broadvoice was network based (VoIP), we were able to deploy it through a number of connections; Cable, Fiber, Satellite, Digital Cellular, even DSL in a couple locations. It worked just as good if not better than the POTS service it replaced. It gave us the ability to manage all aspects of location and user phone service; line porting, DID assignments, call groups, voicemail management, auto attendants and business rules.
  • Voicemail Management
  • Phone Management and Reassignment
  • Customizing Call Flows
  • User-based tools for calling rules
  • Inbound call management and automated call flows
  • Email faxing and message delivery
  • Billing could be clearer, and some costs could be better defined.
  • Better texting features from Communicator app.
  • Easier ways to view all invoices from Support portal for corporate accounts like ours
For those who want complete control of their phone system from anywhere Broadvoice is a great solution. From thier portal I can setup new users with extension, DID number, new phone equipment, assign call groups, and voicemail in about 15 minutes. I can also remotely support users should they have any issue or concern. If an extension needs to be reassigned, I can simply log into the local network, access the phone, and reconfigure it for someone else. If I don't have time and need Broadvoice to help with these tasks, I only need to call their Support team. I love the flexibility they give me in making sure my locations are connected and able to communicate.

I use Broadvoice when working from home and need to call customers. I also use it at work when I need to text customers but do not want to give away my personal phone number. Broadvoice helps me to control my privacy while being able to log on and log off of work calls when needed.
  • Bringing multiple people into important conversations
  • Sends voicemails to emails so I can listen from anywhere that I have internet even if I don't have my phone with me
  • Keeps my personal phone number private
  • Sometimes it does not connect to Bluetooth automatically
Broadvoice is well suited when working from home. It is also useful when customers want a text reminder but you don't want them to have your personal phone number. The only improvement in texting that I would like to see is the ability to send and receive photos. Also, being able to log off when you do not want to receive work calls is especially useful.

We currently use Broadvoice for two of our companies and have just contracted a new account for a third company. We are an accounting/legal firm with 13 employees. We have enjoyed our Broadvoice service for the last three years. Our auto-attendant allows clients to get directly to department they are trying to reach, minimizing hold times and transfers. With employees having the work form home option, we utilize the b-hive app tremendously. Also, being able to access our Broadvoice account logins, we can internally route incoming calls, change our away messages and much more. Our phones are used daily.
  • b-hive - being able to use my office phone from anywhere.
  • Customer Service has always been helpful and prompt to respond.
  • email notification for voicemails are extremely helpful.
  • Since the phones are network based, it can be confusing for the average Joe without getting IT involved, but I am unsure of a way around this as I do prefer the network based phones.
  • When logging into your Broadvoice account online, it would be helpful to be able to read the different voicemail messages that are saved to be able to switch them more easily.
After being a Broadvoice client for three years, we have been more happy than our previous phone system. Having online access to be able to make changes internally is very useful and helpful. We are big fans of of the b-hive app for out of office calls.

Having Broadvoice has enabled me to get into the field and meet the public more often. It has allowed me to work from my home or satellite office as I am no longer tied to my desk phone. • Simplify the outgoing message recording process.
  • Simply the "Away Message" process.
  • The Dashboard in general is a bit clunky for small company use.
It turns your desk phone into your cell phone so if you don't sit at a desk all day, you can now be available all day as if you WERE sitting at your desk. You can forward messages to their proper recipients if someone leaves a message with the wrong person.

We use Broadvoice within our retail sales organization to obviously communicate seamlessly but also because it gave us so much more customization and freedom with our phone system. No more having to call into a company that's 4 hours away about updating our voice recording for special events or holidays. Users that at not always stationed at their desk love the flexibility of the b-hive app to send and receive calls while on the move.
  • The URL page where you can see all your users in one place is great.
  • b-hive mobile app for users to use their mobile phones while not in office.
  • Easy to use audio recording for both automated messages and voicemails.
  • When changing users on the URL page there are some steps that can be a bit clunky based on the type of phone you're using.
  • Separating users devices into multiple locations inside the URL is nice but you're not able to move those users around if they do change spots in the company.
  • For some reason within the b-hive mobile app if I miss a call and then go into the app to check the call and exit the app I still show a notification icon constantly. It seems to be related to the the Chat portion of the app. If you go to that part of the app and refresh when you exit the app the notification icon is gone.
Broadvoice has certainly helped alleviate some of the unnecessary headaches that come with traditional phone systems. The phones are easy to use and the admin portal along with b-hive mobile app give you so much control of your devices. The ability to change info on a device if someone moves up or leaves the company makes setup for the next user a breeze. Our users love the b-hive app to be able to get all the great features of a desktop phone in their pocket while being away from their desk. If you're on the fence go ahead and pull the trigger.
