Sage Intacct is a cloud-based financial accounting software system with functionalities for small to mid-sized businesses. Sage Intacct delivers an array of core accounting applications such as a general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and order management to any accounting department or finance team. It also supports functionality for built-in dashboards, real time reporting, time and expense management, project accounting, revenue management, and global consolidations for multiple entities.

Automation on Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable processes have yielded super NPS scores and high customer satisfaction. Sage Intacct has lot of options to integrate easily with lot of workflows like Bill.com, Stampli and Tipalti. This has helped organization to bring more clients for affordable prices and centralize the accounting to ramp up the client business to next stage. In addition to this created lot of opportunities to explore many automation and feature.

Accounts payable modules have been integrated with bill.com to eliminate cash ownership and manage disbursement approvals remotely. The outside software integrates with Sage Intacct seamlessly with minimal troubleshooting. The general ledger module also integrates well with Saleforce to assist with POS systems to update sales revenue for accurate financial reporting in Sage Intacct.

I think the benefit is the speed and the ability of multi user to use it simultaneously giving them the ability to discuss and review entries and transactions posted in the GL as well as in the other accounting and financial modules like AR, AP etc.

Yes, the financial Process automation has helped a lot in saving time and manage the Clients which has more transactions and increase the Client satisfaction rate and benefits both Clients as well as the firm which provides the Services to them. The Automation also improves the quality of the services provided to the Clients and increase the firms credibility in the market.

Absolutely. Our Accounting team is small (4), and we run the entire accounting function without ever feeling thinly spread based on the automated functionality Intacct brings to both our day to day accounting operations as well as our month end close and year end close procedures.

Our company does not utilize the accounts receivable function or the order management function, but the account payable and general ledger has really helped us. We used to have far too many accounts but Sage Intacct helped us simplify so that now we have closer to 180 accounts instead of over a thousand.

The pre-canned instance of Sage Intacct has required very little customization on our part which speaks to the thoughtfulness of the Sage Intacct team in developing a ready made ERP capable of operating from the moment you sign in. All the time not spent customizing is more time spent on key decision making.

I'm not sure what sort of automation this question refers to. I know Sage recently added an AP automation option that uses Intelligent Data Capture to capture images of the invoices and import that data directly into Sage, but we don't use that. Not sure what other automation this question refers to.

We have been able to use the import features of Sage Intacct to reduce entry errors and decrease entry time. It has been an asset to our organization. We utilize and enjoy the ability to create recurring transactions. We utilize the Company assignments for our month-end processing and tracking of completed tasks.

There are features like automated deferred revenue reversal at the end of a specific term which has been very useful over the last year as I do not have to remember to make another journal entry to reverse it myself. This avoids misstatements overtime and helps on time efficiency as I am not spending additional time making these entries.

I don't know how much AP and AR have benefited from this automation. As an accountant, I have benefited by having monthly entries set to recurring and being able to only have to go change the amounts and dates in the list of recurring entries in order to keep them updated. This keeps our property taxes and insurances current. When transactions are being downloaded, I am able to have entries autocreated based on the vendor.
