Kronos for time management
- The analytics feature is awesome. It shows missed punches by the team which is an important feature to track in the company.
- If employees login early, they should not be paid. These configurations were possible.
- If employees are late due to unforeseeable conditions an exception should be made in their login time so that they were not penalized. A manager could make these exceptions.
- It is possible to capture and review notes for each day.
Cons
- The schedule and timesheet features work great but since Kronos is coming up with newer features in HR they need more development.
- For example reports. The inbuilt reports are helpful in accomplishing the day to day responsibilities. But, if there were requests for custom reports it was difficult to get that information from the system.
- The training materials are great but the system is not very user-intuitive while navigating during report requests.
