The Nextiva Business Phone Service interface is easier to use, although 8x8 has more features. The cost for Nextiva Business Phone Service is roughly half of 8x8 and has better onboarding services. Tech support is also better for Nextiva Business Phone Service.

With Google Voice I wasn’t able to get a local number. Which was frustrating when calling customers and telling them I was in a different state where as now with Nextiva I have a local number based in Florida and people can see that we’re in the area. So far so good.

We were overpaying for our previous service and Nextiva offered a better service for much less. They offered Instant Messaging and call recordings which our previous service did not even have. The set up was easy and quick. Support has always been helpful setting up our call flows and messaging features.

We chose Nextiva because of good reviews and cheaper price. I can also add that it's so easy to use. No need to watch any tutorials or download tools not like other platforms that you still need to watch Youtube videos to understand how to use it and download third party tools.

We selected Nextiva Business Phone Service due to the features offered and the cost associated with it. The ability to add users and equipment costs vs other VOIP Service Providers. It works very well for us and we have been very pleased with their service and support staff, sales staff when needed. We have recommended their service to others in our industry.

we had a hosted PBX phone system, and with a hosted PBX system we had to pay for an SIP Trunk, IPFlex, dedicated internet circuit, Firewall, and more.
last year the hardware required a refresh, and the replacement was expensive there are some ongoing expenses such as the licensing and the technical support contract.
all these factors encouraged me to search for alternatives until I found Nextiva Business Phone Service.

Nextiva Business Phone Service is in a different league compared to our old provider. The old provider was one of the large business phone companies and dealing with them was fine. The system was simple and they got back to us about issues pretty quickly. But Nextiva Business Phone Service is always available, always gets things done quickly and properly at the time of you calling. I don't get off the phone until we've confirmed whatever change I'm making

Nextiva Business Phone Service provides the same functionality that we desire for a lesser price than their competitors. I think where they really shine is their customer service. Our account manager has always been very helpful and never left me wondering if I'm missing out on anything. Their customer service is top notch and responds very soon after inquiring and just about every time the issue we were having was addressed and solved in under 2 days.

Customer service is better, and you can actually speak to a live person and not a machine or automated system or be stuck on hold for hours on end and then be hung up on. I would prefer the personalization of Nextiva over the companies that are offered to small businesses these days.

Nextiva is the best phone service that we have encountered. The calls are clean and clear. We can transfer calls at ease whether it be to and individual or to the individual's voice mail. The Nextiva app allows us to see messages, missed calls, and chats at a glance. With an option to read messages with ease. The overall setup only took 5 minutes per phone. The Nextiva IT team was able to setup all of our call lines and forwarding that we needed for our business. The overall price and installation cannot be beat by the competition.
