I have found value in using Sendoso for eGift cards. Whether it is sending an Uber gift card to a guest to get to/from an event or my SDRs leveraging coffee gift cards to encourage meeting attendance -there have been definite benefits. My AEs aren't typically leveraging Sendoso on their own; however, they do see the benefit of sending customer appreciation gifts with help from marketing.

Sendoso makes sending so easy. As a customer marketing manager- I send many gifts- all over the world. These campaigns can be large (100+ recipients) to the one-off, surprise, and delight gifts. Sendoso and their wide variety of gift options make that very doable. Their implementation team was very helpful. We had an expedited timeline which their team went above and beyond to help us facilitate. Personally one of my favorite features is that Sendoso integrates with Influitive- our advocacy platform to make gifting as easy as a click of a button!

We use Sendoso predominantly for its eGifting capabilities. I can send eGifts in the various currencies I need across a slew of vendors. In addition, I leverage their network of Direct vendors that allows me to send perishable baked goods, gourmet food, and plants to our prospects for demand generation and customers for appreciation. We also integrate Sendoso with Marketo to automate some aspects of our gifting campaigns. It helps us increase meeting show rates, event registrations, and overall satisfaction with our company.

We find more value with Sendoso using it in a more automated approach on the marketing side of the house. It can be very successful with sales team members and more ABM-style personalized gifting, but we have trouble encouraging them to continually use it. For this reason, we tend to automate gifting more around, webinar registrations, meeting reminders, and the like. We do this through the Marketo eGift URL integration as well as their Marketo Webhook.

We use Sendoso at RingCentral. If a prospect shows up for a meeting or we need to guarantee that a prospect shows up for a meeting, we send them over a Sendoso for their time. It's a great tool to use and has shown a lot of success these past years.

Great for generating business and bringing prospects to the meeting. The trouble I'm having with the google chrome plug-in is that when I try to send the gift card to the prospect, there isn't a send button to press. So it's difficult to use that feature when sending a Sendoso.

Sendoso improves Sales Efficiency right from the start. The browser site is extremely easy to use, and allows for quick access to any campaign I need to send the card from. I have had zero issues with the functionality at all in the 2 years I have used it. 5/5 Stars.

Sendoso is great for gift sending automation. It is a pretty expensive tool -- not feasible for smaller companies to work with. It's been pretty easy to use now that we're set up, but the onboarding was a little complicated, and the sales process was frustrating, as we had a few meetings before we got specific pricing.

It's a pipeline generation and acceleration tool for us to help BDRs and AE's get a response when traditional outreach hasn't resulted in any response and also a great way to show appreciation to our customers and prospects for their time.

Sendoso is great at getting people to respond to your emails when you've exhausted traditional gives in outreach. It's a great way to break through the clutter. We use Sendoso as both our gifting vendor and swag warehouse for several departments within our organization: Sales, Marketing, HR, and Account Management. The Sensdoso platform allows us to connect with our prospects, customers, and internal staff on a more frequent and meaningful basis.

It is great for programs that aren't dependent on a time and place like an review incentive program for example. If there is a firm date when you need to receive materials by, I would not trust that your items make it on time from my experience.

We use Sendoso for gift fulfillment as a way to streamline the sending and receiving of gifts to customers globally. Sendoso is primarily used by the Customer Marketing team and these gifts most often include gift card options or swag. The business problem that Sendoso is solving is automating many of the manual processes required with gift processing and fulfillment. Having the ability to verify addresses was very useful during the pandemic when many of our customers were working from home rather than in an office. With more customers working remotely going forward this will continue to be an important feature for us to use to ensure that gifts reach their intended destination without headache.
  • The address verification feature has been particularly useful during Covid-19 with more customers working from home rather than at the company address on file
  • Being able to include a personal note from our team is great to maintain a personal touch
  • Having inventory stored with Sendoso allows for quick fulfillment of branded swag
  • Continue to build out additional use cases and integrations. For example, integrations with Reference workflow would be great.
  • More international options for global businesses. There are currently some International options, but far less than what's available for the US.
Our team uses Sendoso primarily for gift fulfillment within the Customer Marketing team. Having packaged swag and mailed it to customers at previous companies, a tool like Sendoso is a necessity now for saving hours per month in processing gift cards and swag at scale for customers. Whether it's taking time to hear about your product or showing appreciation to customers for sharing their experiences with peers through advocacy, platforms like Sendoso are a differentiator in helping a business stand out above the crowd and drive customer loyalty.

We use Sendoso for customer advocacy and are able to create different touchpoints in our customer journey. In doing so, we're hoping to positively impact renewal rates and reduce churn. We just launched the program but are optimistic that the different Sendoso touches will move the needle. Overall, I was amazed at how easy the product was to use. The customization options are also great to establish meaningful touchpoints with customers and prospects.

Sendoso is a great way to engage prospective customers as well as thank customers. We have used it both in the pre-sales process and post-sales. For instance, inviting someone to a virtual coffee or lunch meeting in the age of Corona- is made easy with Sendoso. We can send them a link to redeem for coffee or food. Alternatively, we will sometimes invite clients to participate in a focus group and reward them with a Sendoso link as a thank you.

Across the organization, we have many teams that are leveraging the power of Sendoso today. Our field marketing team uses it to help generate new leads and to follow through with engaged prospects. Our CS team which I am a part of tends to use it for customer journeys and playbooks and when a customer reaches a new key milestone. We have also used it before to send out very cool swag for customers in different seasonal capacities.

As mentioned previously, some of the best opportunities we have had to use it has been within our customer journeys. We have received great feedback from our customers after we have sent them custom-tailored gifts after they went fully live. Another great example is after a major customer escalation/ issue is solved, to send our key champions a nice gift as a token of our apology.

Before Sendoso, my team and I were manually creating shipping labels and putting direct mailers out. We had to source everything separately and hope it all delivered in time for us to send our goods. With Sendoso, we have been able to implement this without having separate funding sources, without having to create our own shipping labels, and without having to put together our direct mailers on our own. We have saved so many hours and have been able to focus more time on other business initiatives. We love using the platform and have expanded our use as well. More recently, we have been looking to use their custom swag shop to remove yet another middle man in our business.

Sendoso is currently being used by our global marketing and sales department for current customer nurturing and demand generation activity. It has allowed us to reach global executives, no matter their working conditions or location.

  • Better training and hiring for customer experience reps. Monthly reps should come prepared with ideas, analytics, key discussion points, and actual answers to a customer's previous email question or problem.
  • The ability to automate and integrate gifting within Hubspot is amazing. However, there is no setup to notify a team if a gift is no longer available and canceled. From the perspective of a full-stack marketing team with many many campaigns all happening at the same time, we don't have to monitor every touch and gift. And sometimes a workflow is created within the Hubspot integration, only to break because a vendor is no longer available.
  • Not enough vendor options for Central and South America.
Great for US-based companies with targeted campaigns to existing customers with staff to own this channel and monitor usage. Not ideal for a smaller company [that] wants to have a global reach with more automation.

Being on the marketing team, we use Sendoso to send campaigns that aim to progress stalled opps and accelerate opps. However, we also run a lot of campaigns alongside sales and have implemented different touches and strategies to help make the sending process more objective-based instead of just one-off gift cards that do not have a clear goal or follow-up communications tied to them. Additionally, marketing helps sales run meeting accelerators and SPIFFs, again aiming to have these sends be more objective-based. Lastly, the marketing campaigns in Sendoso will also include gift boxes with printed materials and even full prints of our newest white papers.

Direct mailers are a great way to break through the noise of the marketplace, regardless of your industry. Now that Sendoso has added the Custom Brand Shop, sending completely tailored and branded gift boxes is so easy and our company utilizes it a lot. The Sendoso team is very responsive and there are numerous How-To articles published that make finding help very easy. My only complaint which is necessarily directed at Sendoso is with people now working from home, it is difficult to get address confirmation when sending to a home address. However, Sendoso is continually working to optimize this and is very quick to launch new services that only continue to make the platform better.

We used Sendoso in the marketing department as well as in the sales department. It was led by marketing but the heavier users were in sales. Sendoso makes it extremely easy to send out loyalty gifts to clients and also [drop-ship higher-end] marketing campaigns.

  • Be nice if it was easier to find examples of what types of items/packages are available
  • It has sometimes taken longer than expected to get quotes[.]
If you are implementing a loyalty program then I highly recommend you look into Sendoso. It may not be the best option if you are just looking to buy a bunch of conference giveaways with your logo on them but if you intend to regularly send clients/prospects [higher-end] items then this tool is fantastic. You don't have to store inventory or keep track of who has sent what, how many are left, etc. Sendoso does all that for you.
