Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to keep track of every project that our small team is working on. Our director of ops is responsible for keeping everything updated and on track and training team members to use the tool. We use it in meetings to run through projects and make status updates as well as use it as a deadline tracker.
- Project management
- Project tracking
- Team communication
- Organization
- To-do's
- 1:1 templates
- Hard to learn to use (user adoption) (yes there are training videos but we ALL know that no one except the admin really goes through and watches those).
- Easier dashboard interface
- Project visibility
- Ability to tag/communicate within the tool about projects
- Cuts down on meetings because everyone knows where projects stand.
- Balls don't get dropped for clients because things are visible.
- Ability to remind/follow up with team members on status on their tasks.
- Trello and Citrix Podio
This tool seems to cover the most bases for us. Best project management tool for the cost. Slack integration is a big plus.

Evaluating Wrike and Competitors
Yes - We replaced Podio and word docs for project plans. We wanted more team visibility and tracking.
- Price
- Product Features
- Product Usability
It was important that everyone involved was able to easily organize and updated key projects. It was also important that people would find it useful and integrates into the typical workflow.
The only thing we may do differently is to make sure that the admins vs. daily users are both involved in the demos.
