Buyers researching ERP solutions on TrustRadius use reviews written by software end-users and product comparisons to help them make better informed purchasing decisions.
In the past quarter more than 23,900 professionals used TrustRadius to evaluate ERP products—at least 2,413 of them were from enterprise companies with more than 1,000 employees. Visitors evaluating ERP products were most curious about reading product reviews and comparing different products —56% read reviews and 38% compared at least two products.

Sage Intacct is a modular cloud ERP system. It includes core accounting features like expense management, accounts payable/receivable, fixed asset management, and support for multiple currencies. Customers can expand the core feature set with discrete modules to add features such as multi-entity management, automated expense reporting, project accounting, inventory management, and Salesforce integration. A sizable majority (68%) of Sage Intacct users on TrustRadius are from mid-sized companies. Reviewers highlight Intacct’s multi-entity consolidation capabilities, insight into project expense and revenue, and customizable reporting tools.

Together, its products support asset lifecycle management, order management, customer service, logistics and supply chain management, accounting and finance, manufacturing, project management, and HCM. Data from each business segment is stored in an Oracle database and made available for other products to consume, streamlining data management. A large majority (80%) of EBS users on TrustRadius are from enterprise companies. Reviewers value EBS’s database security and stability, extreme breadth of functionality, degree of customizability, and data entry automation.

These tools aim to streamline day-to-day operations and automate data sharing between departments. Oracle ERP Cloud includes tools that incorporate machine learning capabilities, including process automation suggestions and supplier recommendations. Employees from enterprise-level companies make up a large majority (72%) of ERP Cloud users on TrustRadius. Reviewers recommend Oracle ERP Cloud for its varied data visualization methods, data security and stability, and centralized processes and workflows.

SAP ERP is an on-premise ERP solution designed to provide companies with a centralized location for all of their business data. It offers features for HR, finance, customer service, sales, procurement, and manufacturing departments. SAP ERP helps businesses implement automated processes and share data company-wide to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. A majority (67%) of SAP ERP users on TrustRadius are from enterprises. Reviewers appreciate SAP ERP for its automated reporting systems and centralized organization of company data.

Reviewers value Epicor’s immediate access to source data, low-maintenance cloud hosting option, and responsive customer support team.

NetSuite’s modules share data with each other to reduce manual data entry, and avoid data duplication. The majority (61%) of NetSuite users on TrustRadius are from mid-sized businesses. NetSuite reviewers frequently praise its level of customization, data centralization, and detailed data visualization and analysis features.
